The city lights shimmered through the window as Y/n and Minato sat on the couch in the studio's lounge, a warm blanket draped over both of them. The laughter and chatter from Treasure, Chayney, and Be:First had faded hours ago, leaving a peaceful quiet that felt almost sacred.
Minato brushed a strand of hair from her face, smiling softly. "You look tired... but happy."
Y/n leaned into him, resting her head on his shoulder. "I am happy," she whispered. "Today was... perfect. I've never felt this connected to everyone before—all of you, my sister, you..." She paused, letting her words settle. "I feel like I really belong."
"You do," Minato said gently, pressing a soft kiss to her temple. "And not just because of me. Look at everyone who's been supporting you—Treasure, Chayney, Be:First... even Asuka. They all love you, just like I do."
Y/n smiled, closing her eyes. "I know. And it feels amazing... to finally be able to enjoy it without feeling scared or silent."
Minato wrapped an arm around her, holding her close. "I've watched you grow, Y/n. From someone who hid her voice to someone who's confident, playful, and full of life. And I couldn't be prouder."
She looked up at him, her eyes glistening. "I wouldn't have been able to do it without you," she admitted softly. "You've always been here... believing in me, supporting me, even when I didn't believe in myself."
He cupped her face gently. "And I always will. I want to be the one you can trust with everything. Your laughs, your tears... your heart."
Y/n's chest swelled, feeling the depth of his words. She leaned in, resting her forehead against his. "I trust you," she whispered. "Completely."
They sat like that for a long while, wrapped in each other's arms, watching the city lights twinkle. It wasn't loud or flashy like the day's adventures, but it was perfect—intimate, quiet, and full of love.
Minato chuckled softly. "You know... we should do this more often. Just us, no chaos, no rehearsals, no one else."
Y/n laughed quietly. "I'd like that. A lot."
And as the night stretched on, Y/n realized something profound: she didn't need to be perfect, or loud, or fearless all the time. She only needed love, support, and moments like this with Minato—and she had both in abundance.
"I think..." she whispered, nuzzling closer, "I finally feel like I'm home."
Minato held her tighter, smiling against her hair. "You are home, Y/n. You always were."
And in that quiet, tender moment, with the city lights below and Minato beside her, Y/n knew her journey had only just begun—and she was ready for everything ahead.
