The studio had emptied, leaving Y/n and Minato alone. The hum of the city outside was soft, the lights painting golden streaks across the walls. Y/n leaned against the piano, watching Minato as he stretched lazily, a playful smirk on his face.

"You're quiet," he teased, stepping closer. "Thinking about the performance? Or about me?"

Y/n laughed softly, brushing a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Maybe a little bit of both," she admitted, her voice teasing too.

Minato's grin widened. "Just a little?" he asked, leaning closer. "I don't believe you."

She felt her cheeks warm and took a small step toward him. "Fine," she said with a laugh, "maybe more than a little."

He reached for her hand, entwining their fingers. "Good," he whispered. "Because I've been thinking about you all day."

Y/n's heart fluttered. "Really?" she asked, tilting her head slightly, her eyes sparkling.

"Really," he said, brushing his thumb across her knuckles. "I love how strong you are... and how soft you can be. You're amazing, Y/n."

She smiled, stepping closer until she could feel the warmth of his chest against her own. "I love you too, Minato," she said softly, letting the words linger in the quiet room.

He pulled her gently into a hug, holding her close. "I think... we need more moments like this," he murmured, resting his forehead against hers. "Just us. No one else. Just... together."

Y/n nodded, resting her head on his chest. "I'd like that," she whispered. "A lot."

Minato tilted her chin up, gazing into her eyes with a tenderness that made her heart swell. "You make everything better, Y/n. I want to be the person you can always count on."

She smiled, laughing softly as she reached up to touch his face. "You already are," she said. "And I want you to know... I feel the same about you."

They stayed like that for a while, holding each other, laughing softly, whispering little jokes and secrets, letting the bond between them grow even stronger. It wasn't just about romance—it was trust, friendship, love, and comfort all at once.

Eventually, Minato leaned down, pressing a gentle kiss to her lips—soft, lingering, full of warmth. "I've waited a long time for this," he said.

"Me too," Y/n whispered, smiling against him.

For the first time, Y/n realized that love didn't have to be scary or complicated. With Minato, it was safe, it was fun, and it was everything she had been waiting for.

And in that quiet studio, surrounded by the city lights, Y/n knew that this was only the beginning of their story—closer, stronger, and happier than ever.
