The two grown-ups walked in silence. They walked up the stairs across the hallway and up the second set of stairs in silence so cold it would have made Neptune (the planet) jealous.
They entered the shared bedroom and Jupiter sat down the edge of the bed.
"What the.." Saturn began.
"Hell?" Jupiter suggested.
"Yes, You're right," Saturn said, "WHAT THE HELL?"
"I'm sorry,"
"About what? The fact that you lied to me or that you were discovered,"
"The lie,"
"Really," Saturn asked rhetorically, "Then why did you lie in the first place?"
"It's..complicated," Jupiter said, rubbing the back of his left hand.
"Complicated? Complicated?! COMPLICATED?! I READ SHAKESPEARE FOR FUN, IF THAT'S NOT COMPLICATED, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!"
"Okay, I'm sorry, I'm sorry," Jupiter sighed before continuing, "I .. didn't want to force you into a relationships."
The room when silent as Saturn's angry lessened.
"What?" Saturn asked.
"Ohhh, This sounds so much like one of Earth's TV shows," Jupiter muttered before talking to Saturn, "I.. didn't want to force you into a relationship, but I researched on my phone and apparently two people don't need to be married or even in a relationship to look after kids."
"Oh, Yeah, but it does say we're married." Saturn said.
"Okay, you now are saying two different things," Jupiter said, standing up.
"What do you mean?" Saturn asked.
"You're mad at me for not telling you we're married but you also rejected my idea of not being together to look after the planets," Jupiter said, "What do you want?"
"Would you like to be married?"
"Saturn you need-" Jupiter paused, his hearing catching up to his brain, "what?"
"If I'm going to be married to you, I need you to have better vocabulary than 'what'," Saturn said, look at Jupiter expecting a reply.
"... what?"
"Are you doing this to be funny?" Saturn asked, "Or do you not want to be married, maybe I sprung that idea on you, really sorry, I got inspiration from Romeo and Juliet, maybe I should have excess more caution after all they both end up dead and I really don't want-"
"Yes,"
"What do you mean?"
"Yes, I want to," Jupiter said.
"That's not a proper sentence and you know it," Saturn said, "Maybe I should get a partner with better grammar skills."
"Yes but would he be willing to raise four kids and two dogs," asked Jupiter, teasing.
"Probably not," Saturn reply, grabbing his partner's hands.
"DADS!"
"EARTH DID SOMETHING!"
"This is our life now, isn't it?" Jupiter said.
"Yes," Saturn replied.
"HE MIGHT BE DYING!"
"Oh hell."
