Hermione left the Weasley household feeling like she had accomplished what she came for. She smiled and apparated back to Hogwarts. As she approached the entrance, it was just beginning to get dark. She walked through the gates, and went straight to the common room. Draco was already in his room when she got back, and so she decided to go straight to bed. Her mind was filled with anxious thoughts about what would happen with her and Draco. She had been busy all day, but now, as she stood alone in her bedroom, all she could do was think.
Hermione got undressed, changed into her nightgown and climbed into bed. As she lay there, she found she could not sleep. Her mind was wide awake. Maybe Draco's avoiding me. She thought. Maybe he regrets everything he said. Of course everything she was thinking could be completely irrational, but she didn't want to give herself false hope. After staring at the ceiling for what felt like forever, she finally fell asleep.
'Hermione!' She could here Draco's voice in the distance, but she couldn't see him. He sounded frantic as he repeatedly called her name over and over again. 'Hermione!' She was in trouble. She spun around in a panic, searching for him. As she turned she saw something move out of the corner of her eye. But it wasn't Draco. A man walked towards her. The same man that she had seen earlier that day. Her first instinct was to run. She turned the other way and ran as fast as she could, but the strange man appeared in front of her. 'Draco!' She screamed, but was met with silence. 'AVADA-'
She shot up so that she was sat upright in her bed. The words 'avada kedavra' rang over and over in her head. She saw the light coming through her window and realised that it was morning. She calmed her breathing, got out of bed and went straight into the bathroom. She got into the shower, hoping that she could was away her dream. The hot water felt nice against her skin and she instantly felt her self calming down. Her breathing slowed and she had stopped shaking. She washed and got out of the shower, wrapping herself in a towel as she walked towards her bedroom to get dressed. She realised that it was Sunday. Today is going to be a long day. She thought.
