Number 7 Godric's Hallow
I was sitting in my room writing a letter on some parchment to my best friend Hannah. I used my best quill, a long white one with grey spots.
I folded it and attached it to my brother's owl's foot. I had to use my older brother's owl which always bugged me because he gets everything first. Everything! His wand, his robes, and worst of all, Hogwarts.
I had wanted to go to Hogwarts since I started doing wand less magic, and as I wrote to Hannah I was waiting for my letter to arrive. It had been two weeks and it hasn't come yet and I'd begun to lose hope.
I flipped my long, red mane as I continued writing my letter. Suddenly I heard a sound outside my window. Looking up from my parchment, a great silver owl flew in through my room and perched on the edge of my bed. Attached to its foot was an official looking letter. I opened it and inside was my Hogwarts acceptance letter. I unfold the complex binding, skimming the text. Inside was a supply list full of all the things my brother got in his first year. Now it was my turn.
