Chapter 4: The Hogwarts Express

I walked with Sean to Kings Cross Station. As we neared platforms 9 and 10 we walked in between them to reach 9 3/4. My brother, being a 5th year joined his friends as we reached the train, but me, I had no one. I looked around and saw lots of first years huddled up with their friends, walking onto the train together. I climbed into the train and went in search of a some students to sit with. Seeing that most of the compartments were full, I took a seat in an empty compartment. After awhile, a boy walked in. He looked incredibly familiar.

"Here Crabbe, Goyle she's the only one in here," he said gesturing to two other boys.

They all took seats in my compartment. "Hello," I said, my heart beat quickening slightly.

"Hi, I'm Malfoy, Draco Malfoy," said the boy with the white blond hair.

"Have I seen you before?" I asked.

"Yes, we met at that idiot Madam Malkin's place, remember?" said Malfoy.

"Oh, yes she really was quite an idiot," I say.

"Do you know about Harry Potter?" asked Malfoy.

"Of course I do. Everyone does." I responded.

"Well let's play a little trick on him." sneered Malfoy.

"Sounds like a plan," I smirked as I followed him outside our compartment. We walked over to their compartment and knocked on the door, then quickly shoved a dungbomb underneath the door and ran back inside our compartment. We all stopped talking to hear his reaction.

"Ugh Harry do you smell something?" asked a boy.

"Ron that's obviously a dungbomb. Gross!" said a girl.

"Ew and it was right next to me. Guess I'd better change into my robes now. I bet it was Malfoy, that boy I met in Diagon Alley."

Malfoy and I snickered. Their reactions were priceless. Soon the trolley came by.

"I'd like three chocolate frogs, two every flavor beans, and five cauldron cakes," orders Malfoy.

"All out. Those kids in front of you took the lot." says the woman.

"My father will hear about this!" yells Malfoy.

I giggle and Malfoy grins. Soon enough we see Hogwarts up ahead.

"Look!"
