Chapter Sixteen

I cowered behind Ash as Andre stepped up beside him. I was nervous to meet so many wolves, introduced as Ash's mate.

I cowered onto the ground and looked around. There were wolves of many colours, but none where white or black. Weird huh?

I looked to the right and saw a sandy coloured wolf.

"That's him! He knocked me out!" I growl at Andre. He looks over at the sandy coloured wolf.

"Ah, Ari? Yeah, that's Jace."

"Jace!" I scream\growl.

I could feel my body vibrating with growls.

Ash looks down at me and stares.

I shake my head and growl at Jace. Ash cocks his head and Andre moves behind a tree.

He walked back, in human form.

"Where'd you get the jeans from?" I ask, puzzled.

"They were tied to my back leg." He says, not in my head.

I watched as Jace went behind a tree and changed into jeans as well, God, doesn't anyone carry a shirt?

"I will translate for Ash. Alpha Anderson will translate for Arianna." I snapped at him when he said my name. I lunged forward a bit, so I was in front of Andre, in a protective position.

"What's wrong with her?" Jace asks.

"She's pissed off with you and Seth for attacking her and knocking her out." Andre replies.

I growl in agreement. Jace sighs.

"We thought you were a rouge wolf. We didn't know what we were supposed to do so we brought you to Ash's house. You definitely weren't going to come quietly so we had to knock you out. I'm sorry; I didn't know it was you." He apologizes.

I huff and stand up. I see the logic in that but Seth still didn't have to attack me like he did.

"Where is Seth by the way? He should be here..."

"She knocked him out!" Andre laughs.

"You didn't did you?" Jace asks.

I bark in reply and hop on my front paws. It is a natural thing and I'm sure I look like a idiot doing it.

Jace bursts out laughing. "Oh he's going to be in a bad mood when he gets here."
