Rose was a princess. She didn't come out of her room much because that's where she felt safest. She thought about mythical beings and gods. But she also thought about someone she say once in the village. A young commoner girl. Rose didn't know her name but she knew who she was. She had seen her time and time again in her dreams. It was the girl she loved. But after the trip to the village, she never saw the girl again.
The girl's name is Kanaya. She was the seamstress of the village. She was kind and caring to everyone but cared about one person more than anyone. The princess. Not in the way the other villagers did, but like she would do anything for her. She wanted to be with Het she dreamed about her. She loved her. She saw her once in person when she was visiting the village. But never again.
So like Dirk and Jake, the two girls won't met in this life. Maybe the next. Maybe not. No one really knows when they will meet their soul mate. But when it happens, they know. Sadly for these girls, they didn't get to truly feel that feeling. At least, not in this life.
