Last One Standing (On Hold)

Seraphina once again finds herself standing in darkness. She looks around, confused. Instinctively, she touches her side where her wound was, but feels fabric. Looking down, Seraphina's eyes widen when she sees a white gown with gold trims on herself. "What the? Where am I? Where's Elizabeth?" She asks, her voice echoing throughout the darkness. "Elizabeth? Meliodas?"

"You're not supposed to be here." A new familiar voice says. Seraphina spins around and is face-to-face with the pink-haired woman. "Liz!" Her face lights up when she sees the woman, but her expression quickly changes when she remembers Liz's words. "What do you mean?" "I mean, you're not supposed to be here." Liz repeats. "Why? Am I dead?!" Seraphina asks, starting to freak out. "No! You're not dead. You're just really close to being dead." Liz explains and sighs. "You're supposed to be taking care of Meliodas, not... her. Now look at you." She frowns.

"I'm sorry." Seraphina apologizes and frowns. "Don't be. It's not your fault." Liz puts a hand on Seraphina's shoulder, and she looks behind her as if seeing something Seraphina couldn't. "That man he's fighting is pretty strong. Get back to that idiot before he does anything stupid." She tells the princess. "I will." Seraphina nods and smiles. When she looks back up, Liz is gone. "Oh. How do I get back?" She asks herself, looking around.

"You have to get back." A distant voice says. "I'm trying." The princess mumbles. "You're our only hope." Another voice says. "How?" Seraphina asks, looking around, confused. "You must restore us, princess." Another voice chimes in. Seraphina doesn't respond this time as she sees light up ahead. "Save us!" "Please, princess!" "Complete your task!" The voices got louder and louder as she got closer to the light.

When she comes to Seraphina finds herself looking up at the sky. "Meliodas." She sits up. "Seraphina." Elizabeth looks over at the girl, relieved. "He's too strong. I don't want anyone else getting hurt, so please. Please just... Just run!" Seraphina shouts, watching as multiple knights lunge at Hendrickson, who once again looks different. With a swipe of his hand, Hendrickson sliced multiple knights in half and slashed Gilthunder in the back.

Diane elevates the ground below him. "Rising Meteor! Now, King!" She shouts. "Spirit Spear Chastiefol, eighth configuration!" King goes to use his spear, but Hendrickson recovers from the attack and uses an attack called Dark Nebula, causing a dark void to expand from him. The attack knocks all the knights away. The strong winds blow away Hawk, Elizabeth, and her older sister. Meliodas runs in front of Seraphina and holds his arms out to protect her. "Good job, guys. Way to show him who's boss around here." Ban says sarcastically, only for Hendrickson to land on his midsection, splitting him in half.

Hendrickson looks around at the destruction he's caused and walks around. "Like lambs to the slaughter." He says, then sees Meliodas. "Meliodas... I..." Seraphina calls in a small voice, staring at the Sin. The blonde falls to his knees and then face-first onto the ground. Hendrickson stares at the Sin in silence. "Meliodas." The white-haired girl mumbles. "Seraphina, grab Elizabeth and run away." Meliodas tells her. "I can't." Seraphina shakes her head. "I won't leave you."

Hendrickson raises her hand, and multiple black balls manifest around him. "Well, Meliodas, you're a more dangerous man than I gave you credit for." Hendrickson says. Gilthunder gasps. "That technique from before." He says. Hendrickson closes his fist, causing the black balls to merge into one giant ball. "Allow yourself to be swallowed by the darkness and to be destroyed." "No... Meliodas. No matter what happens... don't let it touch you." Gilthunder tells the blonde. "Captain..." Diane says. "Be careful. If you let anybody but me take you down, I'll murder your ass." Ban tells him.
