Seraphina lay asleep on the bed she now permanently shared with Meliodas. Ban had refused to give her her room back, so she was stuck in the perverted blonde's room. Luckily, he had some restraint and did nothing to her. She was sprawled out on the bed, her long white hair splayed out around her. The room was quiet, the only sound being her soft snores and breathing. Downstairs in the tavern, it was silent as no one was present. A soft groan leaves her lips due to a growing headache.
It was late in the afternoon when she finally woke up. That wasn't like her, as she usually likes to get an early start to the day. However, the night before, she made some decisions that she greatly regretted. She accepted drinks from the Fox Sin. With each drink she accepted, more came after. Sitting up, she winced in pain, bringing a hand up to her head.

The tavern bustled with life as everyone celebrated the liberation. Seraphina weaves around the sea of bodies with a tray of ale balanced on her hand. Returning to the bar, she puts down the tray, waiting for the next order. A mug is placed in front of her, causing her to look up and see Ban grinning at her. "Here, princess. Have a drink." "Oh, I don't drink." Seraphina shakes her head. "I insist." Ban pushes the drink closer.
Seraphina sighs and takes the mug, drinking from it. Her face twists at the taste, but she drinks the rest anyway. She thought that was over with, but every time she came back to the bar, Ban kept handing her drinks, telling her different things like. "Drink." "You're celebrating." "One more." "You barely had any." Because of her kind nature, she didn't say no and just drank them.
By the fifth drink, Seraphina was gone. She's smiling at everything and everyone. Thanking people repeatedly even if they hadn't done anything worth thanking. Leaning on the closest person. Calling everyone kind. And telling Meliodas he's doing an amazing job at being a captain for no reason. Ban looks over at her with a cheeky look. "I may have overdone it." "You think?" Meliodas asks from beside him.
The white-haired woman tries to carry a tray. She walks perfectly straight, then suddenly stops. "Why's the floor moving?" She asks herself. Beside her, King looks confused. "The floor isn't--" She doesn't wait for him to answer, just puts the tray down, turns around, and immediately walks towards Meliodas and just stays there. "You alright?" Meliodas asks her. She looks back at Ban and leans closer to Meliodas. "I think Ban poisoned me." She says in a very serious tone.
Ban lets out a loud laugh, and that's when Meliodas decides it's time for her to go to bed. Despite her complaints, he ushers her upstairs. Helps her change and get settled in bed before going back down to the tavern. It did not take long for her to fall asleep.

Rising from bed, Seraphina looks out to see the sky orange. She rubs her face and groans. A wave of nausea washes over her, causing her to rush outside and throw up. Ban, who was preparing scraps for Hawk, noticed the woman and immediately prepared something for her. When she returns inside, she takes a seat at the bar. "You look like shit." Ban comments. "I feel like it, too." She groans, laying her head onto the counter. "My bad, I forgot not everyone can handle liquor like me and the cap'n." He apologizes. "Here." He puts the cup of tea in front of her.
"Thank you." Seraphina takes the cup and sips the tea. "Where's everyone?" She asks, looking around at the empty tavern. "They're out finding Hawk. Apparently, he ran away or something." Ban replies, putting a plate of food in front of her. "Thank you." Seraphina cuts a piece of meat and takes a bite. She sighs, relieved and delighted. "So good." She beams. The door cracks open, and in walks the tiny pig. "Welcome back, Hawk." Seraphina greets the pig. "Oh, thank goodness you're okay. I thought Ban killed you." Hawk says, relief evident in his squeaky voice.
"You think I'd kill a princess?" Ban asks, scraping more scraps into Hawk's plate. Hawk immediately runs into his food bowl, which is on the counter, and chows down on the scraps. The door opens once more, and in walks the three Sins, Elizabeth, Gilthunder, and Howzer. They pause, seeing Hawk chowing down on his scraps. "Oh, hey, you're awake." Meliodas greets her, walking over. "Mm-hmm. Ban gave me tea and food, so I'm better now." Seraphina replies. "It's the least he can do." Hawk says with his mouth full. "Well, hey, Captain. Late getting home, huh?" Ban greets the blonde.
"Hawk, you came back." Elizabeth says, relieved. "Nothing beats the scraps Ban makes. They're amazing." The pig beams. "So after all that running around, you came back here on your own." Meliodas says with beady eyes. "You don't really think a nose like mine would miss out on this heavenly aroma, do you?" Hawk asks Meliodas. "And this would mean I'm the winner of your little contest, isn't that right?" Ban asks. Seraphina notices Meliodas coming up behind Hawk, so she quickly grabs the pig. "No, I win." Seraphina says, holding the pig up. Ban's eyes slowly widen. "Huh? You weren't even playing! You didn't even know what was happening!" He yells at her.
"I don't, but seeing as Meliodas was about to grab the pig, I'm assuming you were supposed to." Seraphina replies, putting Hawk back in his bowl. The tavern erupts in complaints from everyone. "Aw, man. All that work for nothing." Diane sighs, resting on a table. "Well, I had a good time either way. After all, it's been a while since things were so crazy." Elizabeth says, trying to lighten the mood. "I guess you're right." Diane says, smiling. "I had no idea you'd join the contest too, Ban." King points out. "Hmm. Hey, what was it that you wanted the captain to do for you anyway? Or was it more like something you wanted to do?" Diane asks him.
"What does it matter anyway?" Ban drinks ale straight from the bottle. "Seraphina cheated her way to win." "I did not cheat." Seraphina defends herself. "You weren't even playing!" Ban yells, putting the bottle down. "Neither were you!" Seraphina shouts back. "Yes, I was." "No, you weren't." "Yes, I was." "No, you weren't." "I was." "You weren't." "I was." "You weren't." Everyone watches them go back and forth.
"Here you go, drink up." Elizabeth serves ale to Gilthunder and Howzer. "Thanks, Elizabeth." Gilthunder takes the drink. "Sorry to put you out like this." Howzer apologizes. "You want me to make something?" Diane asks King. "A home-cooked meal from you?" King asks with a gasp. While everyone was enjoying the night, Ban stood behind the counter, upset. "You can rest easy, Ban. Don't think I've forgotten our promise. Tomorrow morning. Top of the mountain behind us, okay?" Meliodas tells him. Seraphina looks over at them, confused. "Right." Ban answers.
