chapter 4: Mysterious guy

Fiona's POV

"Fiona get down here will you"

I heard my mom's voice boomed through my door. Yep she has some powerful voice.

"Yeah mom!"

I went down and saw cake my pet dog running towards me.

"Hello Cake."

"Fiona will you please give this to Mr. Edison."

She handed me a small box with a ribbon on it. Our family are very close friends with Mr. Edison.

Mr.Edison is my mom's Best friend.

"Sure, but, if you promise that I can go to the book fair!"

"Fiona!"

"What mom? I want to go will you please let me go, Jason will be with me all the time."

Jason is my BEST FRIEND. Jason and Flora are my ONLY best friends in the whole UNIVERSE!

"Well... Fine but give this cookie to Mr.Edison will you?!"

"Yes mam" I smiled while saluting.

I went out and ride in my bicycle.

Minutes later I reached at the house of Mr. Edison.

When I rang the doorbell I saw Mr. Edison with his cane.

He had a car accident oh and his son is my best friend Jason.

"Hello Fiona it's good to see you"

"Hi Mr.Edison"

I handed him the box which is full of cookies.

"Tell your mom 'Thanks'"

"Sure I will."

I turned around going near to my bike when a familiar voice shouted my name.

"FI!"

I turned around and saw Jason. He ran towards me and it's very clear he just woke up.

"Yo Fi."

When he went closer I saw a bandage on his back.

"Jason are you okay?!"

"Yeah I'm fine I just tumbled"

He said while smiling at me.

"So, Where are you going?!"

I sighed and pointed the hill.

"The usual thing."

I placed my hands beside me and looked at him.

"Fi, can you not go there now?"

He seemed worried. I wonder.

"Why not?"

"Nothing. Just don't go there Fi okay. You can't go there without me."

"Well... then come with me."

"Sorry Fi, I , I need to recover"

"Then I am going alone!"

"Fi are you even listening to me? DON'T GO THERE!"

I moved back a little because he was scarying me. I hate it when he raise his voice.

"Don't you dare raise your voice and don't you dare decide if I will go there or not!"

I ride in my bike and I could hear Jason calling me but I didn't dare to look. Heck. I didn't dare to stop.

Everything will be okay.
