Today is a family day as Rick, Alexis and I are going to go to the zoo.

We just walk around looking at every animal. It was great to have a day not having to do anything and spending time with family.

Even Martha meet up with us for lunch. It was nice to spend time together as we had all been really busy lately.

We spend the afternoon watching some movies. After one movie we ordered pizza for dinner and it arrived just in time for us to eat while watching another movie.
By the end of that movie we had all fallen asleep on the couch snuggled together.

I awake to a sharp kick in my stomach and can feel both of the twins kicking away. Rick wakes up and I put his hand on my stomach so he can feel the kicks too. He says "that is cool"
Alexis must have woken up as she says "what is cool?"
I say "the babies are kicking"
She smiles and says "really mum can I feel them kicking"
I nod and she walks over and puts her hand on my stomach, Martha wakes up and sees this at looks up at me and I nod at her answering her unasked question of if she could too.
I can believe that the first time they kick they are kicking for ten minutes and we all got to feel the kicks from them.
Martha says "I can't believe that you are almost 6 months already"
I say "me neither I can't wait until they are born"
Castle says "only a few more months to wait"
Alexis says "I want to be around more when they are born so would I be able to move back home instead of staying just for visits?"
I say "of course Lex this is always your home"
Alexis says "thanks mum"
