Legolas and Livia were sitting in the fabulous Mirkwood man cave room.
"Want to play a game of air hockey?" Legolas asked, standing up and stretching.
"Sure! You're going down!" Livia said, skipping over to the air hockey table. They hadn't been playing very long before Livia stopped for a second.
"What's wrong?" Legolas asked.
"Can we go to Erebor today? I left my special amethyst necklace there last time I visited." Livia said.
"Well, it's a long way..." Legolas said.
"Please!" Livia begged, giving him puppy dog eyes.
"Ok." Legolas gave in. They hurriedly packed two bags and set off on their horses.
"Since we are going to Erebor anyway, I'm going to get some pie for Vili. Erebor has some nice pie." Livia said.
"I know Gimli will be there so we can stop by and say hi to him." Legolas suggested.
"Legolas, where are you and Livia going today?" Thranduil and Ariella rode up beside the two.
"Just to Erebor." Livia beamed.
"That's a long way, are you sure?" Ariella asked.
"Yep! I need to get my necklace and some pie for Vili, we are also going to stop by and say hello to Gimli." Livia explained. Thranduil narrowed his eyes at the mention of Gimli and Legolas rolled his eyes.
"Well if you plan to make it there before sunset then you better get going." Ariella said. Legolas and Livia continued riding as Thranduil and Ariella said their farewells.
Legolas and Alicia eventually arrived in Erebor, just as the sun was starting to set. They rode up the Thorin's [castle] (whatever you want to call it) and went inside.
"Thorin?!" Livia called out. Thorin appeared next to them.
"What brings you here?" Thorin asked.
"I left my necklace here last time, the time we played truth or dare. Remember you had to dye your hair pink?" Livia smiled at the memory.
"We aren't supposed to speak of that." Thorin said. Legolas smirked.
"I left it in the dining room on the table." Livia said.
"It was moved to the writers room for safe keeping. You will find it there." Thorin said before leaving.
Livia and Legolas wondered down a few halls until they came to the writers room. It was filled with papers and quills. There, sitting on the desk was Livia's necklace.
"To Gimli's house?" Livia asked, as they were walking outside.
"Yep!" Legolas and Livia climbed onto their horses and rode a short way to Gimli's house. Legolas knocked on the door.
"Who could that be at this hour?" They heard grumbling from inside. Gimli opened the door and looked up.
"Legolas! Livia!" Gimli gave Livia a hug. "What brings you here?"
"Just wanted to stop by and see how you were doing." Legolas said.
"I'm doing alright! But I'm kind of in the middle of something." Gimli replied.
"Ok! We'll come back later. See ya!" Livia said, she and Legolas got back on their horses and rode to the market. It was time to get a few pies.
"Do you know her favourite kind of pie?" Legolas asked.
"It's either cherry or Apple..." Livia thought out loud, scanning the tables for cherry.
"You're wrong! It's banana cream!" Merry had appeared behind her.
"Hey Merry, where's Vili?" Livia asked.
"With Thorin, we came up here yesterday, and if you are planning on getting Vili a pie, her favourite is banana cream." Then Merry wondered back into the crowds.
Livia laughed and bought two banana cream pies. She turned around and didn't see Legolas.
"Legolas! Where did you go?"
"Right behind you." Livia turned around and Legolas held out a rose to her.
"Aw, thanks." She took the rose and tucked it behind her ear.
"Look up." He said. Livia looked up and saw the moon had risen and was very big and bright tonight.
"Wow." She sighed.
"We should go find a place to stay for the night." Legolas said, taking her hand. They headed back to Thorin's castle and stayed there until morning when they headed back to Mirkwood.
