Yuri didn't move when Mundok had hugged her sister. She knew it. No one loved her as much as they loved her sister. But not matter how many times she thought that, tears wouldn't fall. Her body refused to move. 'That's weird... Usually I'd be running and sobbing...' Yuri thought, staring at her hands.
Yuri turned. She began to walk away when she heard something. 'Yuri?' Rena's voice. 'They're waiting for you.'
Yuri closed her eyes. 'Don't be dumb, Rena. No one wait's for m-'
"Yuri! Get over here!" Hak hollered. Yuri didn't move. '-e....'
'Go to them.' Rena said quietly.
Yuri looked over her shoulder. She took a step towards them before stopping again. 'It's probably a trick...'
'Why do you doubt them?' Rena asked her, voice gentle.
Yuri didn't respond, staring at her sister, straight into her eyes. 'I doubt them... because they tricked me before... I don't want to be hurt like that again.'
Rena sighed. 'Go, Yuri!'
Yuri slowly walked towards them. Mundok flashed a regret-filled smile. "Did you miss me?"
Yuri didn't say anything. She kept walking. Her eyes cast down at the floor. 'Why do I doubt them? I... don't know.'
Yuri stopped, a few feet away from them. She felt something warm against her skin. She hesitantly raised her head. Her sister had her face in her shoulder, arms around her in an embrace. Yuri felt herself break. Yuri doubted her sister... Yuri covered her face with her hands, eyes blurring. Yona let go, flashing her biggest smile. "Yuri."
Yuri didn't reply. She lifted her head as Mundok rushed to her. She sobbed into his shirt. He stroked her hair and apologized. Yuri didn't say anything the whole time, just thinking, 'No... I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.'
Yuri felt him let go. They were talking... 'Rena? What is going on?'
'Yuri... Just listen to them. The river ran dry and a person named Han Dae went to check it out upriver. He found out that the fire nation was blockading the river and fought them, that's why he's injured. The man they call, Elder Mundok, said it was a warning. That a man named Su-Won wanted to be king.' Rena sighed.
Yuri's right hand grabbed her left, digging her nails into her skin and squeezing until she felt nothing in her left hand and her knuckles were white for her right. 'Su-Won...'
'Mundok said he wasn't going to let that happen. That's all.' Rena told her.
Yuri walked away. Her body felt light. Her brain was full of randomness. 'Sleep, Yuri.' Rena told her.
Yuri walked to Tae-Yeon. "Can I rest for a little?" Yuri asked, smiling.
Tae-Yeon looked up. He smiled. "Sure!"
Yuri slipped under the covers and fell asleep.
'Rena?' Yuri called.
A girl with orange hair up to her waist appeared. Her blue eyes were light and her skin was tanned. "Hello Yuri. You can talk here. No one with hear you."
"Rena. What's going on?" Yuri asked, looking around her. It was Hiryuu Castle...
Rena looked at the sky. "You are drifting between consciousnesses and unconsciousness. This is a world between life and death. Souls can come visit humans here but the only ones that can make the connection and link the worlds are the Douryuu."
