It was a normal day, correction it was supposed to be a 'me' day. No familiars wanting attention, no Sungs wanting food, no hunters bothering you, just a spa day and perhaps a shopping spree. But the universe could never be so kind could it, not even a four hour break.

Having taken extra time in the morning to look cute. You left the apartment feeling great, enjoying your day off, Jinwoo and Jin-ah were kind enough to watch your babies, their mom Kyung-Hye, on the other hand was actually also invited out by some old friends of hers.

Somehow it wasn't until everyone was back in Sweet Crumbs of all places were you able to properly introduce yourself to Kyung-Hye. Jin-ah must've told her something strange because, while drinking some coffee with her and Jin-ah (jinwoo was filing out last minute hospital papers), she startled you by exclaiming,

"Oh! So you're Jinwoo's girlfriend!"

If felt like you had just been struck by lighting and tried your best not to spew coffee at the two sitting across from you. You cough a few times before trying to speak again, only to be thrown into another coughing fit with Jin-ah's rebuttal,

"No mom– she's his wife!"

"Jin-ah," Kyung-Hye says with a stern tone but all Jin-ah gives is an innocent look before turning towards you with a smug look.

After clearing your throat, "It's not like that, just–"

Kyung-Hye cuts you off with a smile, "Oh honey I know I just couldn't resist teasing."

'What's with this family and cutting me off' you thought before watching Kyung-Hye and Jin-ah look at each other and start laughing, you have a feeling that its about you.

Jinwoo came around the corner, "What's so funny?"

The mother and daughter just happen to say at the same time, "Oh nothing-" before laughing again

'Yup, they're laughing at me.' you thought while settling into your own smile at Jinwoo's confusion.

Later when the group gets back to the Sung abode you offer some sweet treats, probably not the best idea to give to a just woken up coma patient but you trust that the Holy Water of Life did its full job and it shouldn't hurt.

At the first bite Kyung-Hye stops before turning and giving a thumbs up with sparkling eyes before eating the rest in a much better mood, at least you now know where both Jinwoo and Jin-ah got it from.
