Full Moons and Empty Hearts (young Remus Lupin)

          Arrow's P.O.V:

      As I sit down at my table which is Gryffindor I glance over at my ex-best friend Lily Evans, who is being harassed by the marauders and their ring leader James Potter. Poor girl, oh great they're coming over here, I feel a thump on my head and glance up from my book, to see the marauders awaiting my reaction this happens at least once a week but today I am already fed up with insults and frustrations. So I say calmly and sweetly, " Oh, my was that your book Potter I didn't know you could read, wow this is a huge discovery!," I exclaim, and then raising my voice so that the entire great hall can hear me, " Hey, everybody, James Potter can read! Who knew?" Then turn to continue reading my muggle-book called The Body by , Stephen King. I hear shocked footsteps walk away. And I resume my reading. It was only the second week of school.

           Remus's P.O.V:                                                                                                                                                                "I keep telling you James she just going to keep saying no."Sirius says to James as James tries to protest.

       " But- oh wait who"s in the mood to torment Arrow, Remus give me that book." James says, I sadly pass him the book, I feel sorry for her, no one really knows what happened to the energetic crazy girl from four years ago, I miserably watch as James 'accidentally'  drops my book on her head.

       She turns in her seat so she is facing us and in a scary calm and sweet tone she says," Oh, my was that your book Potter, I didn't know you could read, wow what a huge discovery!" at this point I'm snickering under my breath, then she raises her voice several decibels," Hey, everybody, James Potter can read! Who knew?" James face is read and people are laughing, mystified at this new reaction from Arrow. I glance over at Lily she is collapsed in her seat laughing. James holds his head high and begins to lead us out of  the great hall. I catch a quick glance at what she was reading, a muggle book called The Body by Stephen King, a muggle. I decide to read it. Unaware that this decision would lead one of our first conversations.
