Yoongi stood leaning against the wall, his gaze fixed intensely on the floor. Hearing Jimin’s screams from inside the labor ward, he clenched his fists tightly; his pain was cutting right through him.
Tae, yeong, soobin and jia arrived shortly after. They had been out for work and hadn't known about Jimin's accident at the time, but as soon as they reached home and heard the news, they rushed straight to the hospital. Suddenly, the sound of a baby crying reached everyone's ears.
Yeong exclaimed excitedly, "I’ve become an uncle!"
A nurse immediately hushed him, "Silence, please."
Yeong whispered a quick "Sorry,"
while Tae playfully nudged his shoulder, prompting Yeong to flash a wide grin.
Yoongi turned his head to see Dr. Mehara approached with a small baby in her arms.
Holding the baby toward him, Dr. Mehara said, "It’s a baby girl, Mr. Min."
Yoongi looked at her and asked first, "Is Jimin okay?"
Dr. Mehara nodded with a smile. "Yes, she is perfectly fine. She is just unconscious right now; you can meet her in a little while."
With that, she placed the baby in Yoongi’s arms.

Tae and Yeong quickly captured this moment on their phones. Yoongi stared fixedly at the baby with his Dark brown eyes, his face unreadable at first. Then, the baby opened her eyes.
Everyone was staring in awe. Yoongi felt like he was in a dream; he couldn't believe that the little being he had only felt moving inside for months was now right in front of him. His daughter was here.
Yoongi, seeing the baby's eyes, remarked, "Brown eyes... just like me,"
