The next day, Yoongi woke Jimin  up early again for his morning walk and exercise. Jimin performed the exercises with a grumpy face.

"Whatever! I just get really angry waking up so early. Can't you please make me do these exercises at night instead?" Jimin complained.

"Absolutely not. That way you'll just become lazy," Yoongi replied firmly.

After their usual bickering, Yoongi started getting ready for the office. Jimin suddenly said, "I’m coming to the office with you today."

"You’ll get bored there," Yoongi argued, but Jimin wasn't listening.

Once he set his mind on something, he did it. Yoongi eventually gave in, and Jimin happily changed his clothes to join him.

Seeing them leave together, Tae asked, "Jimin, are you going somewhere?"

"Yes, I'm going to the office with Yoongi," Jimin answered.

Jimin noticed a flash of sadness on Tae's face. "What happened, Tae? Is something wrong?"

"Nothing, you go ahead," Tae said, but Jimin could tell something was up. He turned to Yoongi and said, "Forget it! You go to the office; I’m staying back."

Yoongi raised an eyebrow. "You were just insisting on coming."

"Yeah, but I don't want to go anymore. You go," Jimin insisted. Yoongi took a deep breath and left for work. Once he was gone, Jimin went to Tae. "Now tell me, what happened? It’s written all over your face."

"Let’s talk in the room," Tae said, and they headed upstairs.

Once they were seated on the bed, Jimin asked, "Now tell me, what is it?"

"I want to get engaged to Jungkook ," Tae blurted out.

"What? Until yesterday you didn't want this. What changed so suddenly?" Jimin asked in shock.

"I’ve thought this through. Jungkook's mom is determined to make this happen, and she will, one way or another. If I don't agree, she might never let Jungkook and me be together," Tae explained.

Jimin found this sudden shift very strange. "Look, Tae, I’m with you in whatever you decide, but think again. Yesterday you were against this. If you tell everyone now, Uncle Soobin
will be very angry."

"I understand, Jimin, but try to understand me too. I love Jungkook so much and I don't want him to be taken away from me for any reason."

"But Tae, this isn't right. You can't make a decision based on fear," Jimin countered.
