Lucius

Shaking with the laughter that I am desperately trying to keep suppressed, I look at my beautiful wife and can see the amusement in her features.
"I have to agree with Mindy, I am in fact very lucky... Oh, Min, it's not that bad. Lucius use to catch me thinking more embarrassing thoughts than that." What Antanasia doesn't understand is that I consider myself the lucky one... she saved me, and thawed my once icy heart.

Melinda looked up and was "waging" her eyebrows at us. My wife's face seemed to have drained the red from her friend's face, to only replace it on her own cheeks. "I assure you, that her thoughts didn't venture as far as you think. If they had, she kept them to herself. Selfish don't you think?" It was my turn for waging brows.

"My lord, never asked me to share my sinful thoughts," she smiles wickedly, casting a look that awoke my hunger. Our eyes held each other... caressing every inch without ever touching...

"Welp, that's my cue to leave. Need me to keep my cutie god-baby?" I had almost forgotten the other presence in the room.

"Take him to your room.... we added nursery items and everything you'll need for him. As always keep the door locked." Only breaking eye contact to take Jasper from my arms, kissing his furrowed brow. Handing him over, she calls in Joseph, "See to it that these two make it to her quarters, safely." Pride swells in my chest, her accent while speaking my native tongue, has greatly improved since deciding to fulfill the pact. I can almost forget that not all that long ago she was just a normal American teenage girl (well raised to be anyways).

"Yes, my queen. Right this way lady Melinda." Joseph escorted Melinda and my second reason to live, out.

Joseph, though he hasn't been with long, is the most trustworthy and most qualified guard for my family. He had no reason for saving Antanasia's life, but while she was visiting Mr. and Mrs. Packwood, in the near by village, an attempt on her life was made. Joseph valiantly fought off three would be assassins, and escorted her back into my arms.

"Now, where were we?" Her voice breaks my thoughts, and the hunger I felt earlier rages ten-fold.

She presses herself against me, as I crash my lips against hers and grab her. She wraps her legs around my waist as I carry her to bed.

Pulling back for breath, "Ah, yes, here is where we we're."
