Hazel's POV
Great. It's Monday, I thought. School has been getting more boring each day. I walked downstairs to see everyone else already eating breakfast.
"Hey!" I yelled. "What about me?"
Annabeth pointed to a plate lying on the counter, and I was guessing it was mine. I went to grab it and sat down to eat.
"So," I said out of nowhere. "I was thinking last night. I think we should sign up for sports. You know like soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball." Everyone looked at me with blank faces.
Jason was the only one who nodded and agreed with me. "Yeah, that would be fun!" He said shoving a whole forkful of eggs into his mouth.
"What would each of us play, though?" Piper asked.
"Whatever you want! I think I might sign up for basketball. What about you, Jason?" I asked him.
He shrugged, "I don't know, maybe football?" He guessed. "Would you wanna play football with me, Percy?"
"Umm.. Sure! Why not?" He replied. I was thinking what sport Annabeth would be good at.
"Annabeth, I know what you might like. What about softball?" I asked her as she shrugged and nodded at the same time.
"I might try that," she said.
Once we were finished eating, we got dresses and got our stuff ready and headed for school. This is going to be a long day...
Percy's POV
After lunch, Jason and I went to sign up for football. I'm not really sure if I want to to it, but I didn't want to make Jason feel left out. The sign-up papers were all the way across the whole school, so we had to walk down like 3 hallways. When we were done, we walked to our next class and finished the rest of the day.
"Home, sweet home!" I yelled walking through the front door. Today, was the longest school day EVER. I was so happy to be home, finally. I threw my school bag on the couch and passed out.
Annabeth's POV
I made burgers for dinner for everyone, that night. We all ate really fast and decided to swim for a bit.
"Last one to the pool is the rotten egg!" Leo screamed through the whole house. I bet you the street next door could hear him. And because he said that, everybody was racing to the pool, but me. I thought it was stupid, it was for 4 year olds.
Jason was the last person to get to the pool, of course.
"Ha!" Leo yelled.
"Leo?" Hazel turned toward him with a evil eye. "DONT SCREAM SO LOUD! PEOPLE HAVE EARDRUMS YA KNOW!" We all laughed while Leo blushed.
After that, we swam around and went to bed. Just another normal day of teenagers.
*Someone knocks at the door*
