Mia's Perspective
The bell rung and Scott, Allison, Stiles, and I walked into Coach's office. I closed the door and turned around to the two.
"Derek's outside waiting for Lydia." I sighed.
"Waiting to kill her?"
"If he thinks she's the Kanima then yes." Scott breathed.
"Ecspecially after what happened at the pool."
"It's not her!" Stiles fumed.
"Stiles, she didn't pass the test man, nothing happened."
"It can't be her." Stiles mumbled.
"It doesn't matter because Derek thinks it's her." I said.
"So either we can convince him that he's wrong or we've gotta figure out a way to protect her." Allison continued from what I said.
"I really don't think he's gonna do anything here. Not at school." Allison cut Scott off.
"What about after school? What if we can prove that Derek's wrong?"
"By three o' clock?"
"There's gotta be something in the bestiary." Allison tried.
"Oh, you mean the nine-hundred page book written in archaic latin that none of us can read? Good luck with that."
"Actually, I think I know someone who would be able to translate it." Allison mumbled.
"We can try talking to Derek. Maybe convince him to give us the chance to prove it's not her." I said.
"But if anything happens you guys let me handle it. Okay?" Scott rambled.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"It means you can't heal like we do. I just don't want you getting hurt." Scott explained and Allison rolled her eyes. She pushed off the desk and pulled a small crossbow out of her bag. She raised it up next to her face and stared blankly at Scott.
"I can protect myself." Scott and Allison talked for a while and I just tapped my foot impatiently. Scott finally turned away and we walked towards the door. We turned around as we heard a sling and I caught the arrow from hitting Scott in the face.
"Ah. Sorry. Sorry. Sensitive trigger." Stiles said. I dropped the arrow and Scott and I walked the rest of the way to the Lacrosse field..
