Merideth's Perspective

I winced as I sharp pains shot through my foot. I scooted my chair out and played with the small Batman pin that I put on it. I heard ruckus erupt through the library and heard Erica's roar. Her scream of pain made me mad. I stood up and hopped on my one good foot. I pulled a dagger out of my bag and twisted the ring around my finger. I put my hand on the table every time I was supposed to step on my bad foot if it weren't broken. I saw Jackson writing on the board and I clenched my jaw again. I raised the dagger and then flung it at him. He caught it and then threw it at me, it landing in my upper thigh on my bad leg. He jumped out of the window as I fell to the ground. I pulled the knife out of my leg and saw the three stand up.

"Hey I think she's having a seizure!" Stiles shouted and I couldn't see him. I pulled myself up with the table and saw Erica spazzing out. I didn't feel anymore pain in my foot and could actually move it now. I bent down and broke the cast in two. I twisted my foot and popped it. I snapped my fingers and another one of my matching shoes were there. I slipped it on and then ran over to Erica and Stiles.

I picked her up and Stiles and Scott followed me. I ran out to Stiles' Jeep and set Erica in the back seat and got in the drivers seat. Scott got in the back with Erica and Stiles sat in the front with me. I turned on the engine and sped out of the parking lot. I was driving ten miles past the speed limit towards Derek's loft. The tires screeched as I came to a sharp stop in front of the large party. I got out and Scott handed Erica to me. They jumped off and shut the doors. I ran as fast as I could with her in my arms, inside. Scott opened the large sliding door and I ran in.

"Derek!" I yelled. Derek walked up and saw Erica spazzing in my arms. He reached out and I set her in his arms. We followed him downstairs to the training area and into the train.

"Hold her up." Derek said and Stiles went over and held Erica's head in his lap.

"Is she dying?" Stiles asked.

"She might. I- which is why this is gonna hurt." Derek said and pushed up her sleeve and broke her wrist. Erica started screaming and thrashing in Stiles' arms.

"It's trigger the healing process. I still gotta get the venom out. This is where it's really gonna hurt." Derek said and dug his claws into her forearm. She screamed louder and I sat down in one of the seats. I tangled my fingers in my hair and pressed my elbows into my thighs. She started going limp in Stiles' arms. He moved her hair to the side and she looked at him.

"Stiles. You make a good Batman." She said and went unconscious in his arms. Derek let go and wiped off his hands. Scott and I followed him off the train.

"You know who it is." Scott said and Derek sat down.

"Jackson."

"You just wanted Erica to confirm it, didn't you?" I asked. Derek nodded.

"We're gonna help you stop him. As part of your pack." Derek looked me in the eye.

"If you want us in, fine. But we'll do it on one condition. We're gonna catch him. Not kill him." I continued.

"And?"

"And we do it our way." I finished.
