Mia's Perspective

I drove to Derek's loft and pulled into the parking lot. I got out and ran inside. I slide the door open and silently walked downstairs to where I knew they were. I opened the door and saw Derek push Isaac on the ground. Isaac got up and ran back to the start. I walked down the stairs and sat next to Boyd. He glanced at me but then looked back to Isaac and Derek. Isaac tried again and again, failing. Then he tried again and Derek threw him, but Erica jumped off the top of the train and Derek through her next to Isaac.

"Does anyone wanna try being completely unpredictable?" Derek asked and as he turned around Erica jumped on him and started kissing him. Derek kissed back but soon pushed her off.

"That's the last time you do that." He said and wiped the lip gloss from his lips.

"Why? Because I'm a Beta?" She asked.

"No. Because I have someone else in mind for you."

"Are we done? Cause I've got a hundred bones that need a few house to heal." Isaac stated and sat up. Derek nodded and walked over to Isaac. He took his arm and Isaac looked at him.

"Heh." He said and broke his arm.

"101." He said. I stood up.

"Derek that's enough." He didn't let him go.

"I said that's enough! Let him go!" I yelled and he released.

"You think I'm teaching you how to fight? Huh? Look at me! I'm teaching you how to survive!" Derek yelled and stood up.

"If they wanted us why aren't they coming for us now? What're they waiting for?" Isaac asked.

"I don't know. But they're planning something. And you especially know that's not our only problem. Whatever that thing is that killed Isaac's father, I think it killed someone else last night. And until I find out what it is, you all need to learn what I know, as fast as I can teach you." Derek said and walked into the train. I helped Isaac and Erica up.

"Still want to be in his pack?" I asked. Isaac looked me in the eye.

"I know what he's like. Trust me I understand how you feel." I said and looked at Isaac's arm. I put my hand in his and took away all of his pain. I winced as I felt a small pain in my arm. I let go and they all looked at me.

"You guys can stay at my house. I have a spare bedroom upstairs besides mine." I said and Erica smiled.

"Thanks..." Isaac trailed off.

"Mia. The names Mia." I smiled and they followed me upstairs and outside. I got in and Boyd and Isaac climbed in the back as Erica got in the passenger seat and closed her door. I drove out and towards my house. I turned on the radio and pulled my phone out of my cupholder. I connected it to BlueTooth and carefully turned on Kissin' U by Miranda Cosgrove. I smirked and tapped my fingers on the steering wheel to the beat.

"Sparks fly, it's like electricity

I might die when I forget how to breath

You get closer and there is no where in this world I'd rather be

Time stops like everything around me is frozen and nothing matters but these

Few moments when you open my mind to things I've never seen

'Cause when I'm kissin' u my senses come alive

Almost like the puzzle piece I've been trying to find

Falls right into place, you're all that it takes

My doubts fade away when I'm kissin' u"  I sung along staring at the road ahead.

"When I'm kissin' u it all starts making sense

And all the questions I've been asking in my head

like are you the one, should I really trust

Crystal clear it becomes when I'm kissin' u."

I pulled into my driveway and saw my dads cop car was in the driveway. I pulled in next to it and turned off the engine. I got out and leaned the seat forward, Isaac and Boyd crawling out. I closed my door and so did Erica. We walked up to my front door and I opened the door. I walked into the living room and saw my step dad on the couch.

"Hey dad." I said and he turned to face me.

"Hey, who are these kids?" He asked.

"A couple of friends. Can they stay the night?" I asked and used my charm.

"Sure. They can stay as long as they want." He said and turned back to his football game. I smirked and ran up the stairs to my room. I opened my door and they walked in.

"Nice room." Erica said.

"Isaac and Boyd the room you'll be staying in is over here." I said and they followed my to the spare room. I opened the door and they walked in.

"For a spare room this is pretty nice." Isaac said and plopped onto one of the beds. I smiled and walked back into my room. I saw Erica looking at the picture of my step mom, step dad and I.

"That's me my dad and my mom. That was last family photo taken of us before she died." I smiled sadly.

"I'm sorry for your lose." She said and set the picture frame back down.

"It's okay. So I'll sleep in the window seat and you can have my bed." I said and sat down on the little chair at the end of my bed.

"Are you sure?" She asked.

"Of course." I smiled and then realized none of them had clothes. I got up and walked into Isaac's and Boyd's room. I saw that they were talking but stopped when I walked in. I nodded at them and closed my eyes. I focused on their sense of style and then pointed to the desk. I flicked my wrist and then opened my eyes. Two folded sets of clothes. I turned around and walked out the door, pulling it shut with me. I walked back into my room and sat down on the window seat.

"You can borrow some of my clothes tomorrow." I said and looked out the window.

"You sure?"

"Yeah. Nothing wrong with it, we're both girls." I said and smiled at her.

"True." She nodded.

"Wait, do you wanna take a shower. I know how are Derek trains you, so you can take a shower, I'll order whatever you and the boys want and then after we're done eating we can talk of go to bed." I said and swung my legs off the seat.

"That would be nice." She said.
