You were sitting on a bench waiting for Tomoe to come back from the bathroom, "I'm not feeling too good I'm starting to see double" you mumbled to yourself as you look at your hands trying to get your focus back "you ready to go" a voice spoke behind you making you jump as you looked back you saw Tomoe leaning over the bench looking at you, he then look away before handing a small bottle to you, you blinked twice to get the bottle into focus before taking it from him and examining it closer it was a medicine bottle, you looked back at Tomoe wanting to ask how you thought you had a nice act going on "you can't fool me Y/N, you let your guard down when you thought I wasn't looking" he said and then turned to you and you could see the anger flames in his eyes "Why didn't you tell me you were sick, instead of coming here you should have stayed in bed, but noo what would you have done if I let you out on your own, huh??" he said, you felt ashamed and frightened by his tone of voice he wasn't screaming like he usually do but it was more serious like he was really disappointed and mad at you.

You had nothing left to say to him except apologizing "To...Tomoe I'm really sorry I just wanted to enjoy this perfect day but see now it was a mistake and should have stayed in bed I really don't feel too good, and I'm really grateful that you insisted to accompany me today, thank you for always being there for me" you said looking at him before becoming embarrass for some reason and looking down at the ground, you heard a chuckle and looked up to see Tomoe holding back a laugh this made you a bit irritated since you just gave him a heartfelt apology"Hey don't laugh at me you stupid Fox" you loudly said before trying to hit him over the head, but was stopped when he grab your writs and lifting you up putting you on his back, this surprised you and you started to blush like mad luckily he couldn't see you "Let's head home and put you too bed" Tomoe said as he started to walk home with you on his back.

If was late afternoon when the two of you got back to the shrine, Tomoe put you too bed and tucked you in nicely "get some rest Y/N and I will prepare a meal for you that will allow your strength to come back" Tomoe said before leaving, it wasn't even 5 min after he left when you fell into a deep sleep.

During the night you heard the door open and someone entering before putting something down on your bedside table and leaving, you were too tired to open your eyes but you knew it was Tomoe bringing you some food, this gave you some strength to open your eyes and sitting up to eat your dinner it made you smile knowing Tomoe actually cared for you, since it is not his job to care about you but more about Namami.

After you finish your dinner you went back to sleep already feeling better and having the best dream of the night about the possibility of you and Tomoe actually being a couple, unaware the little fox is having the same dream about you.
