It's Kales birthday today and her surprise party tonight. Luckily it's a Friday and I don't have any classes with her because we're not suppose to say anything till her party. I texted her this morning saying that I can't ride with her this morning.
The surprise is at her house and Kales brother, ew, is going to take her out dinner. Then everyone is going to come, she's going to come back, and we're all going to yell 'surprise'! I'm so excited.
The school day went by pretty slow on my account. Kales mom also is going to take her out for lunch so we don't have to sit with her. (that's sounds means haha)
I saw Cody in the morning when he took me to school but that was it. Once the day ended I went home to change. I put on leggings and a t-shirt with a flannel wrapped around my waist.
I put on my combat boots but then put on some makeup and took my hair out of my ponytail and let it down. I straightened it and then grabbed Kales present and left.
I made my brother drive me while he was on the way to a friends house. That way Kale didn't put up and see all the cars.
I walked into her house because it was literally always unlocked. I said hi to her mom before putting Kales present down. Taylor came soon after and we just hung out in Kales room, which felt so weird because Kale wasn't there.
"Did you talk to Cody about what I was telling you about" she asked, cautiously.
"Yea. It was just a rumor." I said, not explaining it any further.
"Okay good." She said. "Is he coming?" She asked.
"Yeah, I think. I haven't talked to him this morning" I told her. She nodded.
We heard the doorbell ring. We ran downstairs, while ms. Bate opened the door. It was only Ty. He hugged Kales mom and waited till she left to kiss Taylor.
Soon enough, people slowly started to come in.
"You planned this party well" Ty told me. I didn't smile though, I couldn't.
"Cody isn't here though" I told him, pouting.
"He'll be here soon" he assured me. I just nodded and waited by the door while people were still getting here.
I see ms. Bate slowly walking up to me. When she got here she told me, "Ryan texted me there suppose to be in 20"
I nodded and told her. I told Ty then Ty told everyone else. About a half hour earlier. Ms. Bate said, "She's here everybody!" In her loudest voice.
She went outside to greet her daughter while we all stayed silent. Kale slowly walked into the house and we all screamed,
"Surprise!"
