Your POV:

It's been a few weeks since the party. Everyone is still excited by the fact that I am pregnant including Ally. She's been a little bit more protective of me as well. FC Kansas City released me so now I'm unsigned. Amy calls me often and gives me advice for post baby time. Christie also talks to me too.

My mom was in LA still with my siblings. Ally was cooking with Mariah and Marco as the twins were watching soccer in the living room.

"Y/N." I looked at my mom. "I need to talk to you."

I nodded. "Ok." I walked outside with her. "What's going on?"

"You know how you always said if anything happened to me you would take care of your brothers and sister?"

"Of course." I said. "Mom what's wrong?"

"I went to the hospital." She grabbed my hands. "And they ran some tests." She looked up at me with tears in her eyes and a sad smile. "I have cancer."

"You're gonna fight it? Please tell me you're gonna fight it." I cried.

"I'm gonna try but they found it too late."

"You can leave us. You can't." I shook my head.

"I am so proud of you. You lived your dream. You've done so much for everyone you love."

"Mom." I cried. "Don't leave me please. Please fight it. We can fight it together."

"Y/N." She grabbed my face. "You are my oldest child. I watched your dreams become a reality. That was his plan for you. This is his plan for me. I'm going to listen to what the doctors say but if they say it is too late to do anything, then I want to spend all my remaining moments on this earth surrounded by my favorite people in the whole world." She smiled.

"I don't want you too leave." I whispered.

"I don't want to either, but I might not have a choice." She said. "You're gonna move on though." She said seriously. "I don't want you to mourn forever. Mourn but then pick yourself up and live everyday for me, and your family."

"I will." I nodded.

"Make me proud everyday." I nodded. "And always remember that I'll always be here looking out for you."

"I love you mom." I hugged her.

"I love you too." She rubbed my back.

I pulled away and wiped my tears away. "Do they know?" I asked her looking inside to see Mariah and Marco laughing with Ally as the twins watched from the other room.

"Not yet. But I'll tell them. Marco might be difficult-"

"I'll help him." I looked at her. "I'll take care of Marco, you tell the others."

She nodded. "I think dinners ready." She said. "Let's go eat yeah?" I nodded and she smiled.

She walked inside and sat at the table and I looked up at the sky.

"Babe you coming?" Ally walked outside. "Gotta keep our baby fed." She smiled.

I looked at her. "Yeah." I said and walked over to her. "I love you." I kissed her forehead. "So much."

Hope you enjoyed this chapter! I got a little sad writing it cause it brought back memories of when I found out my great grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and how scared I was to lose her. She battled for a year but unfortunately she passed in 2012.

Also on Tuesday I went to get an ultrasound of my kidneys (if you follow me on twitter you probably knew that) but today the doctor called with some news! Little quick note PKD (Polycystic kidney disease) runs in my family. Its a genetic kidney disorder. Because it runs in my family me and my sister get our kidneys checked every few years. So my sister's ultrasound was negative. My ultrasound not so much. It's nothing to worry about but they found a small cyst on one of my kidneys. That could probably mean I will end up having PKD.

It's whatever. I've grown up with medical problems. I had lung problems when I was younger, had to get my gallbladder removed, I have nerve problems in my left arm (my dominate arm), I have Scoliosis, I had a heart murmur, and I'm blind as shit! (Not really but I need glasses)

Long story short I get all types of problems while my sisters walks away unharmed! But because its genetic if she has kids in the future they will need to be tested.

That's my rant for the day.
