Chapter 41

(3rd PoV)
"Alex." Was all (Y/N) could say. She wore an expression that was a mix between shock and anger. "Hey (Y/N).." Alex said as he gave a slight wave. (Y/N) shook her head and regained her normal bored look. "What are you doing here? How did you know I was here?" (Y/N) asked. "That's not important. I wanted to say something.. I would've said it way earlier, but I couldn't fine you until now." Alex said as he looked at (Y/N). She sighed, "I was gone for a few years with my son.". Alex's eyes widened, "You have a son?!". (Y/N) nodded, "Yes, I have a son. His name is Zach and he's 13. I found him on the street and took him in at the age of 7. Now what did you want to say?". Alex sighed and looked at (Y/N) straight in the eye, "I wanted to say that I'm sorry. I'm sorry for attacking you and your friends a couple years back. Tell your friends that I'm sorry." Alex looked at the ground as he pulled back some of his (Hair Color) hair. (Y/N) looked at him with shocked expression.

(Your PoV)
'Alex is apologizing..? But he only apologizes when he means it..' I regained my normal expression and gave Alex a slight smile. "You're lucky that your my only sibling or else I wouldn't have forgiven you." I said. Alex looked at you with a smile, "Thanks..". Just then, I heard a door click from behind me. I turned around and saw Zach come out of the bathroom with his clothes on and him holding his towel. I motioned fir him to come over. "Who's this?" Zach asked me as he stood next to me. "This is your uncle Alex. Remember? The one I told you about?" I asked as Alex grinned widely. Zach nodded, "Yeah, I remember. I also heard him apologizing. Which I guess was about that fight a while ago." Zach said as he grinned. I nodded along with Alex. "So, you're Zach. You even look like my sister." Alex said happily. 'Alex has changed.. He's nicer.. Now realize it.. Zach does look like me. We both have the same (Hair Color) hair and the same (Eye Color) eyes.' I sighed and looked back at Alex. "Look, I'm not trying to be rude, but can you leave? We just finished a job with Team Natsu and we're tired." I said as Zach nodded. Alex nodded, "Yeah, sorry for keeping you. When are you going back to Magnolia?". "We're leaving tomorrow morning. You can meet us at Fairy Tail if you want." I said as Alex nodded and left. I closed the door and headed to bed along with Zach.

(The Next Morning)

Zach and I woke up early along with the rest of Team Natsu. We were already on the train when I decided to them them about what happened last night. "He what?!" They all asked. "He apologized. And I know he meant it, trust me." I said confidently. ".. Are sure? You and him aren't really best friends? You guys didn't even get along." Natsu said unsurely. I nodded, "Yes, I'n sure.". Team Natsu all sighed and nodded, "Well, if you're sure then we forgive him too." Erza said as she smiled. We then moved onto another subject, but every once in a while I would catch Natsu glancing at me.

(3rd PoV, After the Train Ride)
Everyone went to their houses to drop off their luggage. They then all went to the guild. Natsu and Happy kicked the doors open and exclaimed, "We're back!". (Y/N) rolled her eyes and felt a tap on her shoulder while Team Natsu sat at their usual table. Zach stood next to her. "Hm? Oh, you came Alex." (Y/N) said as she turned around facing Alex. He nodded, "Did your friends forgive me?". ( Y/N) nodded, "Yeah. But why do you have that on your back?" She asked as she saw the big backpack on his back. Alex looked at (Y/N) with guilt in his eyes, "I'm leaving..". Zach and (Y/N) glanced at each other with shocked looks. "But why..?!" Zach asked. "People are looking for me.. I have to leave. I can't stay in a place for too long or else they'll find me. I have to leave right now." Alex said as he looked at Zach with a sad expression. Zach hugged Alex tightly as his eyes filled with tears. Alex rubbed Zach's back, "I'll try to visit. I promise." Alex said to Zach. Zach nodded as (Y/N) watched with a stoic face. "I'm not really a hugger, but this is an exception." (Y/N) said as she hugged Alex once Zach pulled away. Alex chuckled and pulled away, "I better be going. Zach, take care of your mom and my little sister." Alex said as Zach nodded as he dried his tears. "Take care Alex. Don't get into anymore trouble." (Y/N) said as Alex nodded. He waved and left. Once Alex was out of view, Zach and (Y/N) headed to the Team Natsu table.
