Sorry guys, I forgot that Hades already saw Nico and Bianca when Chaos showed up to talk about their powers many chapters ago (Chaos Creates Chaos). I hadn't updated the story in so long, so it happens. Thanks to @AMARINDAIABA for pointing it out.
Here are the options for me to fix it:
A. Edit the chapter to make Hades familiar with them (the reaction part might possibly be shorter)
B. Make Hades suddenly remembers seeing them before in the next chapter and smacks in own head at forgetting them because a god like him is not supposed to forget his own children. The rest of the gods be like "oh shit we did saw them before!" because they forgot too.
