Arazu POV-----
"Arazu! Steacho! Where are you?" two rather angry voice screamed. Oh boy, they're mad. I didn't expect them to be this angry. We were just doing what we were told. Well, I can't really blame them because I was really mad at my guardian when I figured out.
I put down my cards and looked up at Stea-chan. "We'll continue later," I told her. Then I answered Celest and Esula, "Back porch!"
Not two seconds later, the Kumo sisters burst out of the house, panting. "Why!" Celest yelled.
"Why! Why! Why!" Esula repeated.
"We've already given up! We'll have to-"
"We would have to move out and we'll be homeless-"
"We can't let Ichal down and not get a better education!"
I sighed, "I know both of you will get in. Even if you somehow didn't get in, we wouldn't ask you to leave."
"You can't say that just because you're our friends!" Esula protested. I'm not.
Celest agreed, "Yeah! And-" I'm not!
I lost it. "Enough!" I shouted as loud as I could. Everyone froze. I calmed down, "You. Will. Be. Accepted. So stop worrying," I added, "Gomene." I have this thing where if I lose my temper if someone doesn't agree to something I strongly agree with. Something in me already knows that they're making it in.
Esula spoke up, "O-okay, w-we'll ma-make it i-in."
"N-no ne-need to w-worry any-anymore," Celest followed.
"Habit of shape-shifters: losing their temper when a certain thing happens. Often intimidates people," Stea-chan explained.
"Anyways. Let's just wait a few days for the results.
Time Skip----- Four days later-----
Ahhh... This feels good... I had just finished my morning jog and was sipping a nice cup of icy water. I leaned my head back and relaxed. Well, I should wake everyone- Ding Ding! Ooh morning magic mail's here. It's not actually called that. It's really called magic news but that's boring. "Let's see," I mumbled to myself as I reached into the magic news chute. Strongest magical beings, Latest duels, Top fifteen best magic schools... That's it. Just the usual. I sighed Ding Ding! Again? Did they forget something? I looked back into the chute. Secha Kadenue Academy Exam Results for Esula Kumo. There was also another for Celest. Well, acceptance forms here.
I walked up the stairs and opened Celest and Esula's door. "Esula! Celest! Wakey wakey! Acceptance forms here!" I yelled.
They both groaned. "Stop trying to wake us up by telling us that," Celest mumbled.
Esula continued, "Yeah, you do this everyday. We're not buying it."
I chuckled. "Okay then I'll open them by myself," I said while waving the forms in their faces.
Esula cracked open an eye and saw the form and snatched it from me. "This better not be fake," she warned. Haha I did that yesterday. I made fake forms that said they didn't get in. Ahh that was funny. Celest heard Celest and took hers with a yawn.
"What?!" They both said.
"I made it in!"
"I didn't make it!"
Celest and Esula exclaimed at the same time. What? Esula didn't make it in?
"Excuse me? Esula, maybe you misread it," I said out loud.
Esula was already sobbing. "That idiot animal killer gave me the lowest possible grade! I h-hate him..," Esula sniffled. "I'm going back to sleep and pretend this is a dream," Esula said as she plopped back down and cried into her pillow.
Poor Esula... I decided to leave her alone. "Well, congrats Celest," My voice drifted off when I saw Celest silently bawling her eyes out.
Celest spoke up, "I-if sister didn't make it in, then I-I'm dropping out!"
Esula's head shot up and she started screaming, "No! You earned this awesome education! Make Ichal proud! I'll find some other school and get a job after that and get money us," Esula let out everything that was in her head.
I don't know what to do... We'll just have to hope on a miracle...
