- What are you- Elize begin to ask but I put my hand over her mouth.

-  Shh, be quiet and listen to me. You need to get me out of here but I can't use the main entrance, I tell her and take my hand away  from her mouth.

- Why? I sigh.

- Because there's someone there that I really don't want to see, or more like they can't see me because then I'm dead, I explain which probably only get her even more confused but I don't have the time to explain it more. He'll go inside the school any minute now when he discovers that I'm not coming.

- Ooookay, I expect you to tell me more later but for now, what do you want me to do? She's such a good friend that I have no idea how I  deserve it, but I'm not complaining. I look at what she's wearing and thankfully she's wearing a hat, which I would never do, and bright red lipstick, which means that the attention will be drawn to my lips and not  the rest of my face.

- I need  you to give me your hat and some of that lipstick so he won't recognize me and  then you'll drive my car too the Starbucks next block but when you'll get  to my car he'll notice you, if he hasn't already, but please try to get as far away from the entrance as possible. So, when he comes to ask  you why I'm not taking my car myself you'll have to come up with an excuse as to why not, like I got a migraine so I went home from school, but you can't tell him where I am, okay? She nods. Good, now where were I? Right, while you're talking to him, distracting him I will make my way to Starbucks by walking to keep a low profile so you'll need to be there when I get there, got it?

- Yeah, distract him so you can get away and then  drive to Starbucks to pick you up. Can  I just ask one question? She answer and I nod.

- Sure!

- Who's he? Shit! Well,  I guess she has the right to know,  I  mean she'll be facing him a minute so maybe she should be at  least a little prepared for it, I mean he's  pretty intimidating to most people.

- Take a guess!

- Err, I don't know, Sam?

- Nope, but close!

- Eh, is it, like, Zach? I  frown which is enough answer for her.

-  You bitch! You're seriously making me face him alone? I nod.

-  Now go! Or he'll come in here searching for me! I push her towards the exit and she stumble a little but goes non the less. With a glare directed at me, of course  but I just smile and give her thumbs up. Now, to me, I really need to make myself invincible, or at least, unnoticeable from Jerkface's eyes. I put the lipstick and hat on and make my way to the exit. I look through the glass and see Jerkface  stopping in front of Elize. His mouth opens and that's my cue to leave this place so I get out and begin to walk with my head down, I don't dare to  look up so I can only hope he doesn't recognize me. I hear the sound of an engine starting and then  another, guess they've finished talking now. I increase my speed and soon I'm getting to the next block.  Thankfully, I spot my car just outside of Starbucks so I open the door and jump in.

- Thank God! I exclaim and Elize laugh.

- What? You have no idea how scared I was that he'd recognize me and take me home with him,  I tell  her.

-  You were scared? You're not the one who had to talk to him, to lie to  him! Do you know what  he'll do if he'd find out that I lied to him? He'd kill me! He'd make my life a living hell! She yell at me but I raise my eyebrows.

- He'd make your life a living hell? What do you think he's doing with  my life right now? I ask her.

- Making it a living heaven? I can't believe you're so, so oblivious to how lucky you are!  She exclaim and  I laugh.
