"Thora sa left" Ania said while holding the box or fairylights

He adjusted them.

"Ab?" Aarav asked , as he had climbed onto a small ladder

"Nahi... aur left" she said and he again adjusted

"Ab thek?" He asked

She tilted her head inspecting them carefully

"Perfect!" She smiled and he huffed

As he climbed down, Ania spread a white table runner across the centre table before carefully placing candles, flower vases and framed pictures of the three of them

The poolside had already begun transforming

Warm fairy lights wrapped around the trees. White and gold balloons floated around the seating area

Photographs of Rahul with both of them hung neatly along a ribbon and In one corner stood a small table waiting for the cake

Few mints later one of the house staff walked over

"Sir cake aagaya hai" he informed Aarav and Anias face lit up

The staff member handed over the bakery box to Ania and she carefully opened it. Inside sat a beautifully decorated chocolate cake

Right in the centre were the words Happy Father's Day Bhaiya

"Aww..."

She smiled so widely that Aarav couldn't help smiling too.

"Perfect."

She carefully placed the cake inside the refrigerator near the poolside pantry.

For the next 40 mints, the only sounds filling the poolside were balloons inflating, laughter echoing through the poolside and the occasional playful argument over decoration

By the time they were finished, both of them were exhausted and Ania dropped onto one of the chairs

"Ufff thak gae mai" she let out a sigh

"Saara kaam mujhse karwaya hai? Tum kaise thakki?" He asked

"Maine bhi kia kaam" she glared him

Then they looked at the beautifully decorated poolside glowing softly under the evening sky

"Bhaiya ko pasand aayega na?" She asked

Aarav looked around at everything they had done with their own hands

"He will love it" he replied

"Woh efforts dekhainge Anu" he said softly and a soft smile spread across Ania's face

"Anuu bohot kam time reh gaya bhaiyaa aane wale honge, aao gifts wrap karain" Aarav said and she got up

The siblings immediately got back to work. Ania carefully wrapped Rahul's gifts in matte black wrapping paper, tying each one with a simple golden ribbon.

She picked up a small gift tag and neatly wrote,

For the best Bhaiya and the best father we could ever ask for

Aarav looked at her for a second before quietly smiling. Without saying anything, he helped her place the wrapped gifts neatly beside the cake table

"Seedhe rakho" she said

"They are seedhe." He replied rolling his eyes

"Nahi" She adjusted them barely an inch.

"Ab sahi ha" she said and Aarav laughed
