When Ronda bought the dads in the camp house a present and asked me to go with her visit them at the house,I couldn't bring my self to go and see jessamyn..

First,the way her face reminds me the day I hurt her...and second Marina is right...I'm the reason why she have those right now,why she lost that fight.it was all on me and it sucks admitting it.

I should've not come here, to see me flinch whenever I teach striking..it's all on me and I hate to admit it but Marina is completely right..

When morning came I got into shower and got ready for the day and train them..I was advice to use my muscle tape once again together with my hand brace,so I got my dark emerald green muscle tape wrapped my right hand then put my hand brace on..

Dressed in a tight leggings and a simple white dry fit shirt I went out my room and waited for Ronda and the others to arrive here in the lobby...

"How's the hand?"Ronda asked once we got inside the van..

"It's fine...just a little sore"I said waving my wrapped right hand

We all arrived at the UFC training camp as Ronda will ha e a talk with Dana white And Tate to come up the pairings for the semi-final fights..

"I'll go now..just let them do what they're suppose to do"she said to me and Edmond..

We both nodded and dropped out duffel bags on the side..

"You go with Jessica?"Edmond asked snapping me out of my own clouded thoughts..

"Yeah..yeah"I said as he left..

I went and grab some pads and look for Jessica..

"Hey...why didn't you come last night with Ronda??she gave out gifts and-"

"I know Jess..."I said cutting her off as I'm trying to grab with just one hand the pads..

"Here I'll help you"she said but before she could grab a hold of the pads I yanked it away..

"I got it"I said, when I looked up at her she looked a bit taken back..

"Are you-are you okay?"she asked worried laced in her voice.sighing I answered her.

"I'm good..how's your face?"I asked not even looking at her as it only bring backs that horrible memory.

"It's fine just bruises not like Raquel she had to get her eyebrow stitched up"she said her voice with a hint of enthusiasm

"I'll go spar with Jessica now...if you need help or anything I'll be where Jessica is"I said forcing a smile..

I grab the pads and walked up to Jessica..

"Ready to fight Pennington?"I asked once Jessica is now putting her handwraps..

"As long as  i got you training my arm"she said smiling.

"I will do my best momma Jessica"I said smiling.

Just after one last punch Jessica made,it was one quick slip hard jab that my body shook and it hurt my side so bad that made me bend over clutching on my side..

"Oh my god!!did I did it that hard?!"Jessica's panic voice boomed once I got a grip by the wall..

Fuck!!!this is killing me!i felt the pain struck to my side even the movement of my breathing make is sending pain shot through my side...

"Hey..hey...do you want me to call the medics?"I heard Ronda asked once she got beside me not knowing where to hold me..

Because when Edmond tried to help me stand up straight he pressed on the wrong side..
