Paige POV
The weekend was over as soon as the obnoxious ringing sounds woke me up. I shut the alarm off and slid of the side of my bed. The mornings are always cold, so I always make the awful mistake of wearing pants, only to have regret shoved in my face when the gruelingly hot weather starts to kick in. My mornings are incredibly rushed because I am incredibly slow.
I was passed by multiple bikes, and got a day-brightening wave from my neighbor. As she drove by in a blue Ford truck. After I finished crossing the street, I looked down at my phone to check the time, and noticed a message. Crap.
Unknown: See? all good. ;)
I opened iMessage and deleted the conversation. That's the last thing I want John reading through.

My morning was the usual awful until social studies. My fifth period class, first period with Jared. I met him at his locker so we could walk to the classroom together.
"Hey." I said. He turned around and I was greeted with the most heart warming smile I've ever seen.
"Hi!" He finished grabbing his binder and supplies then shut his locker. I looked at my phone and saw that we only had one minute to get all the way across the school.
"Crap, Jared hurry up we're gonna be late!"
"Ok, ok lets go!" Being the goodie goodies we are, we rushed away. Most of the halls were cleared out by now. Jared was holding me by my wrist and running a lot faster than he should of been.
"Slow down Jared, it's gonna be ok!" I was laughing so much he couldn't make out what I was saying. Then, came the stairs. He took them two at a time. I was shorter and a whole lot less coordinated than Jared, good thing he let go of my arm. I was going down fast but he was going down faster. I had forgotten about the bell that was gonna ring in 15 seconds, and focused on beating Jared to class. I was running much faster than I should have been, and I slipped and slid along the tile. The squeal that escaped my mouth was ridiculous and Jared was laughing so hard his face was red. He pulled me up we both stumbled over each other. We decided to stick with walking for the rest of the way, which wasn't much but we were laughing so much it was hard to do anything.
Once we walked into the classroom, we were only a few seconds late, but that didn't matter. We still had a severe case of the giggles from the sliding on the floor episode of few seconds ago. We took our seats on opposite sides of the classroom but neither of us stopped looking at the other.
Who cares what Mr. Marlen was talking about? I am in love with Jared.
a/n: Oh my gosh 165 reads!!!!! Its not really as much as it sounds because it's really just all the chapters added up, but I am so thankful for 165 reads anyway! I love writing so much. This is really fun. Ok so thanks again.
