My hands turn purple as I wrap them up with boxing tape, getting ready for another go at the beaten up punching bag that swings shamelessly from the ceiling. Anger is running through my veins as I continue to wrap them up, making them tighter and tighter as I go.

"Whoa Mez, you may want to stop," I hear Justin chuckle, "I am very sure you want your fingers kept on your hand."

After Justin and Chloe picked me up from that hellish place, which must have finished hours ago now, we headed straight to Justin's house. His house isn't anything posh or fancy, even though his parents are really rich, but it's nice and has that homely feel to it. It's two stories high with your original kitchen, living room, dining room and small bathroom on the ground floor, and the main bedroom, two guest rooms and bathroom on the first floor. One of the guest rooms is going to be constructed into a games room though, there isn't any point in having two guest rooms if it's just Justin living in the house.

Justin also has a basement, which is where I am now, and he made it into a small gym area. There's all the typical things you'd have in a gym in here. Treadmills, boxing bags, rowing machines etc.

"Why should I bother? My circulation will just get cut off anyways!" I spit at him, immediately regretting what I just said,"I'm sorry Justin... I'm just- I'm just frustrated, you know?"

He smiles a sad smile and gives me a hug, "I know, I have been in your shoes before. But look, how about you take off them really tight hand wraps, get changed, and me you and Chloe order pizza? Yeah?"

I instantly perk up at the sound of pizza and quickly start undoing my taped hands, causing him to laugh, "I'll take that as a yes."

I look at him and smile a small smile.

Justin leaves and heads back upstairs, leaving me to get dressed and all. I always keep spare clothes at all the gang member houses, mainly because I'm either sleeping over or you just basically never know when you're going to need them. Walking over to the wooden set of draws I take out a pair of my too big baggy grey sweats and a long sleeved white t-shirt, not forgetting a hoodie, which is Justin's. I swear I love guy hoodies. They're just so much more comfortable and they're huge!

After packing up my gym stuff, I leave my things down here and walk up the stairs to notice that The Kings Of Summer is playing already. I run over to the blue beanbag and belly flop onto it, laughing a little.

"I see that you missed his beanbag then," I lift up my head and smile at Chloe who is eating a bowl of popcorn.

"I sure did," I say, face planting my head back in the soft velvet material.

"Well I've just ordered the pizzas. How does two margaritas, one pepperoni and three meatyors sound?" She wonders, taking a seat on the sofa.

"Sounds great Clo," I agree, using her nickname.

"Guys! Guess what?!" Justin exclaims, jumping up and down into the room.

"What?" Chloe asks for his sake.

"Yeah, what has got you so happy that you look like the Easter Bunny who is ready to die from eating too many Easter eggs?" I ask.

Both of them look at me weirdly and give me confused faces. "What? I'm just saying!" I defend.

"Anyways... My parents just called me and they said that they're coming over to stay for the weekend so they can visit!" He shouts, "And that's not even close to the best part. My sister is coming too!"

"Which sister?" I wonder, sitting up

"Aubrey."

"Awesome! I haven't seen her in years! I wonder how she is," I state.

Aubrey is Justin's adopted sister. Nobody knows who or where her parents are because she was only a few weeks old when she was found, but no one really cared as much as Justin's family about the situation. It's because Aubrey has turned out to be an amazing person and her biological parents have missed out big time. She was the best thing that had happened to Justin and his parents.

Aubrey is a year younger than me at the ripe age of seventeen, and she has brown hair and soft blue eyes. Quite like myself in a way, although we both have different facile features and bone structures. Out of all of Justin's sisters, Aubrey is my favorite. I think it's because she is close in age, but it's her personality too. She is exactly like me, minus the whole gang and street fighting stuff.

"She messaged me on Facebook a few minutes ago. She said that she can't wait any longer than she alre-" He gets cut off with the doorbell ringing.

"I'll get it," I state, getting up and grabbing the pizza money of the table. I head over to the front door and open it, my eyes meeting with a mysterious green pair.

Harry Johnson. One of the schools back liners and one of Luke's very close friends.

My eyes widen, because I have my hair down, but then I relax a little after I remember that I'm not wearing my glasses, so he hopefully doesn't recognise me.

"You ordered two margaritas, three meatyors and a pepperoni?" He asks.

I nod my head, not saying anything because he might realize who I am by my voice. I shove the money in his hands and close the from door. The rest of the cash is officially a tip.

I walk back into the living room and place the pizza on the coffee table, immediately taking one of the meatyor boxes and sit back on the beanbag while the other two grab their pizzas.

"I really hope that the pizza dude didn't recognize me. He's one of the guys off the football team," I sigh.

"I doubt he did, nobody knows what colour hair you have, right?" I nod my head. "Then you have nothing to worry about," He says.

"Can we resume the film," I ask.

"Sure," Both of them agree.

I rewind the film and me and the other two sit back in silence and watch the film with our glorious pizzas.

*Three hours later*

Sunlight pours in through the massive bay window in the room. I squint my eyes and look around at where I am. I'm in what looks like Justin's spare bedroom. Groaning, I sit up. "What the fuck," I mutter to myself. I could have swore I was just eating pizza. I slip myself out of the comfy bed and make my way downstairs, looking for Justin and Chloe. Once my feet touch the wooden floor I immediately hear them in the living room. Before I walk any further I look at the clock on the wall and it reads 20:26. Damn, that must have been one long nap.

I walk through the hallway and peak my head around the door to see who is chatting away. My eyes settle on the whole gang. "Mez! You're awake, did you enjoy your nap?" Chloe spots me lurking in the corner. A smile creeps up onto my face. She just makes you feel so happy.

I walk into the room and sit myself back down on the unoccupied bean bag, "Yeah I did thanks, what exactly happened? I don't remember falling asleep."

"About that, you stood up too fast when you went to get a drink and kind of passed out. I think it's because you didn't eat straight after you finished working out. Your body had no energy left," Justin tells me. That is quite silly of me. The first rule after a work out is to eat.

I laugh, "Okay well thanks for letting me sleep."

"Everyone has decided to stay here tonight so how to you feel about a slumber party?" Sam asks with a big grim on her face.

"Sure thing. I just hope that someone left me some of that pizza!"
