I'm just playing a multiplayer game on my phone with Hailey when Pete walks in, sitting beside me. I just smile at him and go back to our intense game, when I feel like someone is staring at me. I glance up and see Pete watching me with a smile on his face. I get distracted and end up dying in the game.

"Hell yes! I beat you, bitch!" Hailey screams. I just flick her off. Then she glances at Pete.

"Ohhhhh. I'll leave you two alone." She wiggles her eyebrows at me, standing up and walking out. I look at Pete again and he's still looking at me.

"Why are you staring at me?"

"Your beauty entices me."

I feel myself blush, which is rare, and look back down. He tucks his finger under my chin and tilts my head up so he can look at me.

"How would you like to go on a date with me?" he asks, his face a mere two inches away from mine. My heart starts to race, even though he only asked me a question. Sometimes I hate the effect he has on me.

"S-sure." Oh, come on.

He smirks at me, leaning down even closer to me. "You okay?"

"Yeah."

Of course he can sense I am definitely not, so he leans down until his lips are brushing against mine.

"Am I too much for you?" I roll my eyes.

"Don't humor yourself too much."

He just smiles at me, gets up, and walks out. Uh, okay. I assume I should get ready, but I have no idea where were going, so I don't know how I should dress.

I walk back to the bunk area, almost running into Pete on the way there.

"Hi again," Pete greets me.

"Yeah, hi. You kind of failed to tell me where we were going."

"If I told you that would ruin the element of surprise, wouldn't it?"

"The last time I was told that I got arrested, just so you know." He just laughs.

"Just wear something comfortable."

--------------------------

"The fair!" I exclaim excitedly. He chuckles at me.

"Yep. Thought you would like it."

I am literally bouncing in the passenger seat of the car Pete borrowed (since we only have a tour bus) until he parks. As soon as the engine is turned off I jump out of the car and run to the ticket booth.

"Wait, Cheryl!"

"Waiting is for the weak!" I call back. Although, I don't make it far before he catches up with me and grabs my waist from behind, spinning me around. I find myself giggling girlishly, but I didn't really care all that much.

He sets me down, lacing his fingers around mine. We swing our arms back and forth as we walk to the ticket booth together.

"Two wristbands, please," he tells the ticket lady.

Once we are fully equipped with our passage of entrance, we walk around, riding random rides and laughing at each other's lame jokes and flirt attempts.

"We should ride the ferris wheel," I suggest after we get off a kiddy ride we acted really stupid on.

"Really?" He looks kind of worried. I smirk.

"Yeah. What's wrong, you scared?"

"No!" he says defensively.

"GET ME OFF OF THIS THING!" Pete yells later, when were on the top of the ferris wheel. He clings onto me for dear life, and I can't decide if I want to laugh or "aww" at him.
