I wake up with a killer headache. I groan, staring at the ceiling and begging it for forgiveness. I really don't want to remember what I did last night, but I know everyone will be sure to rub it in my face.
I slowly sit up, rubbing the back of my head. Reaching beside me and feeling empty space, I start to panic, looking around frantically. But then I realize Hailey doesn't share my bunk anymore; Gracie does. And she's gone too, at her friend's house.
Feeling lonely, I stand up, wincing at a sudden pain in my back. What the hell did I do yesterday? I'll soon find out, unfortunately.
I stumble to Hailey's bunk surprisingly quietly, sliding under the covers beside her. She's sound asleep, a slight smile on her face. I don't want to disrupt whatever dream she must be having, so I just watch her relaxed features contentedly.
Ten minutes go by, and I can't resist the urge anymore, so I reach out and gently twirl my finger around a strand of Hailey's hair. Her hair is so soft. She doesn't stir, so I become entranced by the feel of her silky mane under my fingers, the steady rise and fall of her chest. It soothes me, and eventually I find myself nodding off too.

"WAKE UP FUCKER!"
"Fuck!?"
I am now on the floor, Pete standing above me with a shit-eating grin on his face.
"What was the purpose of that?" I hiss, standing up and wincing again. The pain is still there.
"I like it when I make you scream."
My head snaps up to look at him, blushing furiously. He just laughs, and I punch him hard on the shoulder.
"Hey!"
"You are a fucking perv, Pete."
"I'm not the one with a daddy-"
I lurch forward, grabbing him by the collar. Pete gulps.
"If you bring that up one more time, I swear I will-"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, kinky daddies, calm your balls," Joe shouts, running in between us. Good thing Gracie isn't here, because I really do not want her repeating this language.
"Thank you, Joe, it looked like he was about to rip my throat out and eat it," Pete mutters.
"Maybe I was," I grumble. Joe raises his eyebrows at us.
"Now, we need to settle this like men. Make up."
We cross our arms stubbornly.
"MAKE THE FUCK UP I SWEAR TO GOD."
We both jump, moving animatedly towards each other. Pete awkwardly wraps his arms around my back, patting it, and I do the same. When we step away from each other, Joe looks satisfied.
"Good. Your girlfriends are waiting for you in the living area, by the way."
I run out to the living area, Pete following closely behind. He flops down onto Cheryl, wrapping his arms around her neck and smiling hugely at her. I swear he's the girl in the relationship sometimes.
I roll my eyes, walking over to Hailey and sitting beside her, wrapping my arm around her shoulder. Andy pops in the movie The Lion King and we all watch it, Pete crying at the part where Mufasa dies in the stampede. Yep, he's the girl.
