Abby's POV-
Today I start school with Blade. Hopefully it will be better than the school I went to at the Orphanage.
But, Oliver Sykes is my dad! I love him, and Bring Me The Horizon!
Oli, Hannah, and I are in the car, driving to Blade's house. She's so cool and stuff, and I don't know... I just have a really hard time trusting people. I mean, considering I'm that kind of girl who sticks to the shadows and doesn't have many friends.
But whatever. It's okay.
I dozed off during the ride apparently, and woke up to Lee tapping me on the shoulder saying, "Abby, time to get up, we're here."
I hummed in response, yawned, and got out of the car to be happily greeted by Blade, engulfed in a hug.
"Hey Abby!" She said with a huge smile.
"Hey!" I said with enthusiasm.
Her eyes lit up as she said, "Let's go in the pool!"
A confused look spread across my face, "I don't have a bathing suit Blade."
"Thats the point!" She said as she dragged me by my hand into the backyard.

She took one look at me, and then jumped in the water with a huge smile on her face. I was astonished by her happiness all the time. I had so many questions.
Is it real? Is she faking it? How does she stay so positive?
I wish I knew.
And with those thoughts still lingering in my mind, I jumped in the freezing cold water.
