Farrod POV:

Next Day:

I gotta get Laina away from here. Somebody tipped us off that a rival gang is after us. Me especially, she can't be around here with that. Anything to make sure she and my unborn will be safe.

"Dre, let's send 'em to a spa or some shit like that."I tell him.

"Alright it's cool wit me as long as my girl is safe."He agrees.

"Send them to this spa, Laina likes it very much."Mickey says, giving us a paper.

"Thanks Mickey, can you book it for us?"I ask.

"Of course!"She says happily. That woman is a saint.

"Trying to get rid of us?"Laina says.

"Course not. You deserve this."I say, kissing her temple.

"Well in that case, what time we leave?"She asks.

"You can leave in an hour."Mickey says.

"Come on, Cami."Laina says, pulling her away. I wait until she leaves out the kitchen, before turning back to Javi.

"Okay, we do this tonight."I say.

"Alright, let's get this plan on track."Javi says.


Meanwhile....

Chayann's POV:

"So Martez, what do you do?"I ask, sipping on my smoothie looking at him.

"This and that, but that ain't important. What's important is me tryna get at you, girl."

"Hey Martez!"I hear a ratchet voice say loudly.

"Uh, hey Trece."He says, nonchalantly.

"Oh by da way, is it done?"She asks stepping closer to him.

"LaTrece."

"Okay, okay. Ugh rude. See you later Marteeeeezzzz."She says, walking away. I roll my eyes, and let out a sigh of relief, the bitch it gone. Ew.

"So you do some underground shit, huh? And in this society things like that are important. Money runs everything."

"Couldn't have said it better, baby girl."He says, smiling.

"As long as I stay safe, I'm good with whatever."I say, firmly. He nods, smiling.

"So, you in school?"He asks?

"Yeah, been doing to some online courses. I plan on going for the second semester." I answer. (Side note: So I was looking back I noticed that it would be about mid-September, so just keep that in mind.)

"That's good, I like intelligence in a female."He says.

"Yeah gives you something to talk about--" His phone goes off, vibrating the table.

"Yeah? Okay...get to the point! Well, shit. Alright, take care of it until I get there."He says, then hangs up.

"Problem?"

"Uh, yeah. Here let me at least walk you back to your car."He says getting up. I grab my things, he holds the door open for me.

"Gentlemanly, I like it."I say, teasing.

"Chay!"I hear someone call my name. I look around to see, my friend Brandon jogging toward me. I give him a big hug, he spins me around before setting me on my feet again.

"Where have you been?"I ask.

"Here and there."He says, vaguely. Then laughs. I playfully punch his shoulder.

"Ouch! Bully!"He says.

"Shuddup it didn't even hurt."I say.

"Achem...Hi."I here Martez say.

"Sorry, Brandon this is--"

"Chayann's boyfriend, Martez. Nice to meet you, Brenden?"He says.

"Brandon. Chay, I didn't know you had a boyfriend."

"I don't--"

"No need to hide it. Yes I'm her boyfriend, now if you'll excuse us."Martez says, then grabs my hand, yanking me toward my car.

"What the fuck was that?!" I exclaim, snatching my hand from his grasp.

"You're mine, Chayann. And I don't like to share."He says

"Uh, back the fuck up. We just met, ma nigga. I don't even know yo last name. We most definitely ain't no damn couple. And I don't play that grabbing, hitting, etc shit. So don't play me."I say.

"Oh no, you are mine now. You doing what I say from now on. Do you understand me?"He says.

"Uh nope. You need to hop off the crazy train and get back to reality. Cuz we ain't together. And I'm most definitely ain't no dog you can just order around."I state, I walk over to my car. He snatches me back by my hair, and slaps me.

"Oh hell nah!"I elbow him in the gut then, kick him him the nuts. I grab the gun I always keep in my purse and pistol whip his ass. I kick and punch repeatedly.

"I told you I don't play that hitting shit. Now you may overpower me for a second, but best to believe I will do my best to whoop yo ass. Lose my number."I says pushing him out of my way. I hop in my car and peel out of the parking lot. Bullshit ass nigga....

Laina POV:

I already know what's going on. Ain't nobody even gotta tell me. I know he gon tell me later, but he wanna keep me safe for now.

That's fine by me, plus I get a free spa day in the process?! Oh heck yes, keep me in the dark. After packing an overnight bag and I go say our goodbyes. But only The Lord knows if this will be our last goodbye.


"Javi, you better be careful."I say, wrapping my arms around him.

"I will munchkin."

"I mean it, when I see you again, I expect to see the same thing I'm seeing now."

"You will, I love you, Na-Na."

"I love you too, Javi."I say, he kisses my hair. I smile, then walk over to the love of my life.

"I love you..."I whisper, hugging him.

"I love you more, be safe. Take care of my babies."He says, kissing my cheek, then rubbing my belly. I feel tears well up. I pray they don't spill over.

"Don't cry, it'll be alright."

"Just be safe, and come home in one piece."

"I will Bae, I will." He says kissing me one last passionate goodbye kiss.

I past Cami and Dré, I know she'a just as heartbroken as me.

"I love you, Cami. I really do."He says. Her breath catches, she sniffs a little.

"I love you, too Dre...I love you, too."I hear the sadness in her voice.

"Stay safe."

"You stay safe, be careful. And please, please come back to me."She pleads.

"I will bae, I will."He says bending down to kiss her. He wipes and tear alway with his thumb.

"Okay, ladies you gotta go."Mickey says. I give Javier, Dré, and Farrod one last hug, before going to the town car that has come to pick us up. The boys put our bags in the back, then we drive off.

I take a deep breath, and stop crying. I can't be weak. That's not what he needs, he needs me to be the strong one. I have hold my head up high, and face the world. I guess Cami realizes it too, because she sits up a little straighter and has a special glint in her eyes.


Ximena POV:

I had to close up so it was a long ass night. I only came back up here for my check. I'm walking out when I hear something.

"Excuse me, Miss!"

"I'm off!"I say, speed walking to my car. I hear them jogging to catch up. I have my hand on the handle when they speak again.

"Oh I know."The deep voice says. I turn around to see the delicious Hispanic man from before. I smile.

"So you made sure we did meet again."I state.

"Oh yes, of course. So can I know your name?"He asks.

"It's Ximena. And yours?"

"Emilio..."He says, looking deep into my eyes. I feel a blush, creep up. I look away, let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding.

"Nice to meet you Emilio. Here why don't I give you my number and we can meet up and get to know each other better..."I offer, holding out my phone.

"Sure, Bonita. I would love to get to know you."He says exchanging phones with me. I type in my contact information, then hand him back his phone. A black car drives up, and rolls down the window. The guy looks a lot like Emilio.

"Emilio! We gotta go!"The guy says.

"Twins?"I ask.

"Yeah...I'll see you around, beautiful."He bends down and pecks my cheek, giving me a slight hug. I get in my car, and watching him walk off to his own. He gives me ones last look, smiling. Then he winks, making me giggle, before getting into the car, and following the black car.

"That man is too much. And I think I like it."I say to myself then drive out the parking lot, cranking up Nicki Minaj.

Martez POV:

So this bitch wanna play? Oh I got something for her. Right after I get them fucking Compton Kingz. Especially Black Zeus and 'El Rey', they asses need to go. As soon as I take them out, the dough gon be rolling in.


And Lil Miss Thang, Chayann gon get hers. Them bitches, Cami and Laina gon be my new hoes. Hell yeah, me and my crew taking out all of them motherfuckas and taking they bitches. They mine now. I'm the new king.

I wipe the blood off my mouth and dust off my clothes. I get in my car and speed off the the place. Oh everybody is gon get what's there's.

Sorry for taking weeks and weeks to update. I had to re-do most of this chapter, and I had some school things, personal issues going on.

But that's no excuse. Any way...I know all of you know by now that there is a vote and comment requirement now. And to help you all do that just share and shout out my story.
