calum and i headed back home. we decided that there wasn't anything else for us to do out by my dad's.
i was a little nervous to tell mom that he left because he didn't think he was ready for a family.
wait, chase was born before i was so why didn't he leave chase at all?
"what the fuck." i mumbled angrily.
"what's wrong?" calum said still focusing on the road.
"i'm so stupid, i totally forgot chase was born before me so that whole "i wasn't ready for a family" bullshit is fake." i said getting mad at myself for not realizing that.
"babe it isn't you fault. maybe two kids was too much for him." he said putting his hand on my thigh.
maybe.
i drifted off to sleep as calum looked at the road that seemed endless and never to stop.
-
i felt someone lightly pushing my leg."what do you wanttt." i said in a low grumble.
"i wannnttt you to wake up. were back home." calum said getting out of the car.
he came around and picked me up bridal style and carried me inside.
"i can walk." i chuckled.
"i want to practice for when we get married so i'm not stumbling over my feet and dropping you." he chuckled back opening his front door.
"and plus, you've been through a lot of shit in the past day. you tired?"
"no, not really. i want to watch criminal minds so bad right now." i said plopping down on his couch. (i love criminal minds so much)
he plopped down next to me and turned his t.v. on.
"i guess we can call this netflix & chill" calum smirked.
"whatever floats you boat." i winked.
-
"you smell really good." i said looking up from calum's bare chest :)"thanks, i try my best." he said playing with my hair.
"you know what." i said getting up.
"what." calum said mockingly.
"i want frozen yogurt let's go get some." i said walking out the front door.
"okay i guess."
-
"you really think were gonna get married?" i asked calum as we walked to the frozen yogurt shop."i don't see why not." he smiled.
it made me feel like calum really wanted me around. i always felt out of place wherever i went and he made me feel wanted.
maybe this could be more then a highschool relationship..?
