Chapter 5: Romance

(Sam's POV) I turned the the handle left and placed a finger through the water. 'HOLY FUCK!' It was really cold. 'Hey Sam, if you want it to be warmer come with me and we'll turn on the hot water' Josh's voice called out from below. I turned the water off and went downstairs. Josh was waiting for me with a flash light. 'To turn on the hot water we need to get down in the basement'. 'Ok, how do we get down?'. Josh indicated the staircase behind the one I had just came down from. 'Lead the way' I said unenthusiastically. Josh stepped down the staircase with me closely on his tail. The walls of the basement with made with marble. It was really fancy. Josh walked down towards a tank. He flipped a switch and the sound of running water filled the basement. 'There that should be-' Josh stopped abruptly. We both heard it. A ghostly girls laugh. Then a bunch of pounding. My heart raced so fast. I turned around and saw a figure that wore Harry Potter robes with a hockey mask. 'HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!' I yelled at it before turning away and running towards the stairs. Josh just stood there laughing madly. 'Good one Chris'. I stopped running. 'Fuck you Chris' I shouted. Together we went upstairs to find Ashley waiting. 'Did you get it Chris?' She asked. 'Yep' holding up a box. 'Well I had enough spooking for one night, I'm taking a bath' I said quickly before quickly going upstairs.

(Ashley's POV) Chris opened up the box and put the 'spiritual' baby's toy on a table. We all sat around it. 'Tell us what happened to Hannah and Beth?' I said clearly at it. It said 'killed'. 'Who killed you?' I said again. 'Help'. 'Who killed you?' I repeated. 'L...I...B...R...A...R-' before the table broke and fell down. 'AHHHH' We all shouted in unison. I looked up at Josh. He was shaking madly. And he ran away from us. I started walking after him before Chris stopped me. 'Let him chill'. I opened my mouth to reply but no sound came out. I nodded. 'Let's check the library out first'.

(Mike's POV) 'Jess?.. Jess?...' I yelled. I jumped over the log and ran down the path. Suddenly something popped up in front of me while I was running. 'AHHHHHHHH... WHAT THE FUCK?!' I screamed. Jess came from behind it. 'Oooooh, Michael I never knew you had such a girly scream' she giggled. I didn't reply. But I felt something move behind us. I turned around and got a glimpse of a deer. We ran after it. As soon as we caught up the deer was lying on the ground with claw marks across his neck. 'Oh... My... God' Jess said weakly. 'It's ok... It's ok... It'll be over soon' I said to the dear, my voice shaking. Suddenly the deeds body got dragged into the woods. 'HOLY SHIT!' We screamed in unison before running to find the cabin. I saw a house, it must be the cabin I thought. So I opened the door. I felt a thud on the floor. Looking back I see Jess lying on the floor, quickly helping her up I thruster her into the cabin with me behind her. I can hear pounding on the doors before it quickly subsides. 'Jesus Christ' I said under my breath. 'Ok... So you wanna have sex?' I asked her casually. 'WHAT?' She asked loudly. 'We need mood lighting and a nice and cosy fire' she ordered. Great there is already a lamp and a fire place full of logs. I search the table and finally find some matches. I turned on the lamp and began lighting the fire. Once I am done I turn around to look at Jess. She's already in her bra and panties. We're about get into it when she screeches and feels her pants. 'Oh crap' she mutters. 'What's up?' I say while taking my shirt off. 'My phone' she replied. 'It's probably out-' I begin before the window on the door shatters and something falls on the floor. I pick it up. 'It's your phone' I say while giving it to her. 'Oh I know what's going on' she says shrilly before going outside. She comes back a few minutes later and shuts the door behind her. 'Now where were-' before something grabs her from behind and pulls her through the window. 'JESSICA!'.
