Chapter 7: Saw

Now guys I know I haven't been posting recently. I'm so busy with my computer being broken, but now its fixed and the holidays are coming. Enjoy this chapter!

(Mike's POV) As I went inside I could see a sign that said 'Elevator' pointing to the right. I looked over, it had stairs going down. I went down the stairs and looked up. It looked like a mine. I ran forward to the elevator. There was a body on the elevator. 'JESSSSSICCCA!!??'. I looked down at her. 'Mike...' She said faintly. 'Help me...'. 'Ple-' and without warning the elevator she was laying on fell at a alarming speed'. 'JESSSSIIIICCCA!' I yelled. I sensed someone was watching me. I used the scope on the gun and looked up. I could see a figure creeping in and took a shot at it. Did I get it? I started climbing the elevator shaft. I jumped to the ledge and ran. I stopped abruptly. I could see a figure walking away, the killer of Jessica? I slowly started following him. He was also walking slowly. This was my chance. I held the gun and aimed at the figures leg. I pulled the trigger. No bullet went racing towards him... There was no ammo. The figure walked away. 'Piece of shit...' I say while throwing the gun away. He was getting away. I dashed after him. Looks like he went outside. Once I had made it outside it looked like the killer got away. I couldn't see him... But what I could see was a very big structure on another mountain. 'What the fuck is in that place?' I whisper.

(Chris's POV) As I woke up I could see the psycho that punched me was gone. More importantly Ashley was gone. I quickly got up and went outside from the side. Going through the forest I could see a wooden structure that looked like a house. I went inside and looked up at the ceiling. It was full of mini cages and hooks. 'CHRIS?' I hear Ashley call. 'ASH?'. 'CHRIS HELP!!'. I go to Ashley's voice. And see a table that had a lever with a photo of Ashley on the left and Josh on the fight. I look through the window and see Ashley and Josh tied to a table that was standing. 'CHRIS HELP US!!' They yelled in unison. 'Ahhh, Chris' A voice said, it sounded like it was in autotune. 'Tonight we are going to be conducting a little experiment' he said competing with Ashley's sobbing. 'This experiment will need two very special test subjects'. 'Ashley and Josh' the voice added. 'But, this experiment will need to require another brave participant'. 'Chris, you must decide which person lives and which person dies'. The sound of an engine starts up. 'OH MY GOD, CHRIS!'. 'I won't let you die Ashley' I say to her. 'I'm so sorry Josh' I add weakly. 'NO... PLEASE CHRIS...' He begs to me. I'm shaking uncontrollably. But I had made up my mind. I pull the lever towards the picture of Josh. 'You have chosen to save Ashley?'. VRRRRRRMMM! A saw appears in front of Josh and starts heading towards him. Once it was right in front of Josh it stopped. I let out a sigh of relief. But the saw starts back up and slowly starts slicing through Josh. He started screaming. Blood starts splurging onto Ashley. Once it had gotten to the gut part of the body it sawed right through and Josh's guts fell into the saw. The guts turned into blood that fell on Ashley's face. Josh was left hanging with half of his body, his eyes closed. I started sobbing with Ashley. The door to Ashley opened. I rushed inside and untied Ashley. 'OH MY GOD, CHRIS!' I pull her outside where we meet Matt and Emily. 'Oh my god Ashley, is that blood?' Emily asked very quickly. 'J-Josh is d-dead' I sob. 'What? Em we need to find everyone now!' Matt barks. 'Ok' Emily says briskly.

I really hope that this is the last death in the book. It actually hurt me writing about this death. I am so sorry for people that had loved Josh in Until Dawn. See you in the next chapter, if you dare...
