The next morning we all got ready to go the set. I actually expected it to be more hectic, getting ready with a child. But I guess Chris and I made a good team, and Jack was just amazingly easy.

I almost felt a bit nervous. What would the others say, seeing me run around with Chris's child?

Chris had arranged everything, so I wouldn't have to work much, but mostly just take care of Jack.

I smiled nervously at Chris as we arrived at the set. "Is something wrong?" Chris asked concerned.

I sighed nervously, before I looked down at my fumbling hands.
"It's just." I started, still looking down.

I looked up and over at Chris, who was looking a bit concerned.

'It's getting really serious now." I said, almost looking questioningly at him, nervous about his response.

Chris smiled happily at me.

"You know, it's a good thing, right?" Chris said jokingly, making me chuckle, before he leaned over and kissed me. I could feel Jack's curious eyes on us.

I bit my lower lip and looked him deep in the eyes, as our lips parted.

"Come on." Chris said smiling warmly, before he got out of the car.

I smiled to myself, before I got out of the car.

I felt a lot more comfortable, as we walked to the set with Jack between us.

"Are you gonna get married?" Jack suddenly asked, making both Chris and I stop walking and look at each other.

I didn't know what to answer, so I just let Chris handle it.

Chris kneeled down and started to explain.

"You have to know someone, a long time, before you're getting married. And I don't even know if Melissa would marry me." Chris said, smirking at me

"Melissa, would you marry my daddy?" Jack asked curiously, making both Chris and I chuckle.

I kneeled down, next to Chris.

"Maybe, someday." I said smirking at Chris, earning myself a huge warm smile from him.

"Why not now?" Jack asked frustrated.

Both Chris and I chuckled before, Chris picked Jack up.

Everyone greeted us happily, as we walked in on set. People were treating me completely different, now that I was with Chris.

Jack and I watched them film for a while, and then we found a quiet corner were we could play with his stuff.

Suddenly Amy walked up to us.

She greeted Jack happily, before she sat down next to me.

"It's going great, huh?" She said looking over at Chris, still filming.

"Yeah." I said with blushing cheeks.

"It seems like you and Jack are getting along just fine too." She said, looking at Jack playing.

I nodded in response. "He's great." I said smiling.

"But?" Amy asked, a bit concerned, knowing that something was on my mind.

"It's just. Chris is technically still married, and the media is just so crazy." I said smiling weakly.

"You'll figure it out." Amy said smiling widely.

I looked up and immediately locked eyes with Chris who watched us from across the room, with a warm, happy, smile on his face.
