Hiccup's POV

I smiled,that's all I could do right now.

Although she might get annoying sometimes she's always smiling about something except for the marriage thing.

"Hiccup"Astrid yelled making me sigh and get up.

"Bud what do you think she might want?"I said while petting him.

He just bounced up and down making me smile.

If I'm not hanging out with Merida,I'm hanging out with Toothless.

So half of the day I'm with Merida and half of the day with Toothless.

"What's wrong"I asked when I saw her really mad.

"You've been cheating on me"She shrieked making my eyes widen.

"No I haven't and you know that As-"

"No No I don't know"

"What do you want me to show you,to prove to you?"

"No Hiccup I'm done with this"

"So where done?"I said a bit happy and dissapointed.

Maybe I only dated her because she was the only girl that actually was not stupid and she was tough.

"Yeah yes where done and so is your friendship with Merida"

"What?"

"You heard me Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III"Astrid said while getting on top of Stormfly.

I got on Toothless and she started flying away.

"Come on Bud go as fast as you can"I said and he started flying away.

I see Astrid flying ahead.

I don't want to loose my friendship with her.

Or you just don't want to loose her.

We passed her and I could hear her scream in frustration.

When we finally did reach the castle,I quickly got down and looked up at the stairs.

I won't make it on time.

The secret passage!!!

I smiled and pulled the arrow opening the passage.

Hey this is an important and a matter of death and friendship.

When the other passage open I see a a surprised Merida with a book on her hand.

She sat up and closed the book.

"Appereantly I don't know you that much"I mumbled.

"What are ye doin' here?"

"My friendship,our friendship is ..."

"Yeah ok I think I get this she is goin' to tell me 'at ye cheated on her"Merida replied while I nodded.

She started laughing but soon stopped when their was a knock on the door.

"COME IN!!!"Merida yelled and we burst out laughing.

Astrid opened the door and she looked even more furious.

"Yes yes I know he was cheatin' on ye wee lassie"Merida said in a serious tone making Astrid smile.

"But I know this is fake"Merida said while putting her legs on the arm [of the chair] and her back on the other arm [of the chair].

"YEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!"

"Hmm anger issues I think I have somethin'.....nevermind"Merida said when Astrid left angrily.

I smiled a bit but then I smirked.

"Didn't read any books huh"I said teasignly and she groaned.

"Some books are interesting some are not"

My mouth went to an o.

She's actually interested in books,that's good.

One thing we have in common.

"See you tommorrow?"

"No sorry I have lessons"

I laughed making her glare at me.

I raised my hands in surrender and laughed a little.

"OK than"

I whistled and saw Toothless fly up under the window.

I carefully got up and put my leg over the frame of the window making Merida scram up.

"What are ye doin'?"She shrieked and I smiled at her and she looked at me with worry.

Or am I imagining that I badly want her to feel that way.

I put my other leg and landed on Toothless.

"Come on Bud"I said and Toothless flew away,I want to see Merida's expression the day after tomorrow.

We landed on the tent I made and went inside.

"Here bud"I said smiling.

Why can't I stop smiling.

Someone tell me why I can't stop smiling!!!

I sighed and noticed that I haven't even given Toothless his fish.

"Sorry"I said given him the bucket.

He happily ate it all and I smiled while laying down.

"Where do you think we are?"I said looking at Toothless.

Toothless ignored me and continued playing.

I sighed and looked around.

Wait I know that sound,that a river.

I looked behind the bushes and saw someone in a huge blue cloak shooting arrows and killing the fish.

The figure looks familar.

I looked at Toothless but he was already going towards the person.

The person took was about to shoot the arrow but I grabbed the arrow and looked at the person's face.

"Merida?"

"Hiccup please do not brin' me back"

"Bring you back where?"

She blushed and put the arrow back inside the quiver.

"Why are yae here?"

"Just wondering around"

She nodded and smiled.

"So can you help me practice?"

"Practice?For whit?"
