luckily, we had arrived at the lake, and i didn't have to listen to anymore fifth harmony or whatever the fuck that was.
we had layed out towels on the sand by the water and decided to get started on our day.
cal and ash were doing flips off of some rock that they found, right into the water. taylor was all sorts of amused because she could see little fish swimming around and i was just sitting on my towel, because i wasn't feeling the whole playing in a lake thing.
"michael!" taylor called.
"yes?"
"come look at this!"
"no," i rolled my eyes, "i don't care about the fish."
"pleeeeaseee," she begged, pouting.
she was actually kinda cute when she wanted to be.
"fine," i replied, getting up and walking over to where she was in the water.
"look at these!" she said, pointing to a bunch of colorful fish, just happily swimming.
"wow, amazing," i replied.
she responded by hitting me in the chest, "pretend to care."
"no."
"yes."
"i hate you."
"i don't care," i said, smiling slightly.

the lake was fun, even though it consisted of taylor and i arguin over trivial shit, we were back at her house now."what are we doing for dinner?" taylor asked.
"you can do whatever you want, i gotta get home, i have school tomorrow," i informed her.
"oh, alright," she said, sounding actually a little sad.
"cal, let's go," i demanded.
"we'll come by tomorrow after school, yeah?" he said to taylor and ashton.
"sure, just let one of us know," ashton said.
i responded with a nod and left taylors house. i was absolutely exhausted.
