Chapter 15

So you guys I have some serious writers block so don't penalize me if this chapter isn't good. I'm sorry that I haven't updated in a while.

Jace's POV

"So my boy finally found a girl he likes" David said, "It's ABOUT time!"he chuckled afterwards.

I sighed and said "Well I'm gonna ask her out properly when I get back home."

Vanessa's POV

I woke up a half an hour later to knocking on the door. I got off the bed and wrapped a robe around my exposed body then proceeded downstairs to answer the door. I opened the door and it revealed Jace standing there in all his glory with his back to me. He finally turned around and smiled his 100 mega watt smile that made me melt in the inside. I smiled back and welcomed him inside. We went to the living room and sat on the couch.

Jace scratched behind his neck nervously before asking "Sooo Vanessa I wanted to know if you would like to go out on a proper date ?" I was shocked I didn't expect him to ask me that . Quickly I regained my composure and said cooly "Yes". But honestly in the inside I was screaming like a little girl. Jace nodded his head and said "Oh ok well wear something warm, I'll pick you up at 7pm."

Jace's POV

She said yes I thought to myself as I walked out of her house afterwards. I had the perfect idea on where I was taking her.

Vanessa POV

After Jace left I watched some Tv not long after did my brother Caleb arrive home. "Hey Caleb" I said when he walked through the door. He greeted me with a smile but it didn't reach his eyes it looked as if it was forced. He replied "Hey Nessa" then walked upstairs without another word. Weird he seems off I thought to myself.

I walked into my room and instantly started searching my closet for a warm outfit to wear it's like her should have been more specific. Approximately 45 minutes after I had found the perfect outfit.

I walked into the shower and washed up after that I walked to my dresser and started flat ironing my hair then I put on a little bit of mascara and lip gloss.

By the time I was done it was 6:55pm I walked downstairs and grabbed my boots , after putting them on the doorbell rang.

Jace's POV

I rang  Vanessa's doorbell scratching my neck nervously. She opened the door and she looked stunning although she wasn't dressed up she still looked amazing.

"Hey Jace I'm ready just let me go get my phone," she said smiling at me.

I couldn't help but grin back and said "Yeah sure thing I'll wait here."

Soon after Vanessa came back downstairs and we were off to our date . I hope she likes where I'm taking her I thought while driving.
