"Gavin!"
"Gavin Sergio Cayvo!"
"Get your ass up for school!"
I groaned and rolled over, pulling my pillow over my ears.
"Gavin, if you don't get up now, I'm taking your phone away for a week!" My mother called.
She had become more violent lately from the death of my father. My younger sister was blind to this since she was so young.
I slowly sat up on the mattress and glared at a poster on my wall.
I stand up and walk over to my closet.
After I pulled on my clothes, I walk out of my room.
Moving into the bathroom, I tussle my brown hair.
I decided I look decent and slip on my shoes.
My brown eyes narrow at my passed out mother then soften at my jumping sister.
"Gavin! Let's go to school!" She beamed.
"Linzie, mom is sleeping, don't wake her up!" I shushed her.
She put her finger over her mouth and puffed out her cheeks. Her long, blonde hair flowed slightly as I opened the door.
She skipped out the door and out to my car.
It was a fairly nice car but not too expensive. I helped buckle her into the seat then got in the driver's seat.
I backed away from the house and drove to Linzie's school.
It was only a few minutes from mine. I dropped her off and kissed her cheek goodbye.
She waved as I drove off. Minutes later I pulled up at my school.
My heart beat rapidly as I exited the car. Finnegan, my ex was locking lips with some guy I'd never seen before.
I looked away and walked past them.
Two hands wrapped around my forearm and I was dragged into the boy's bathroom.
"Oh-em-G! Have you seen the new guy? He's totally making out with Finnegan!" Jackie giggled. She was never nervous to go anywhere and felt very comfortable in the Boy's restroom.
I rolled my eyes.
"I saw that. How the fuck are you so happy? It's like... Eight in the morning." I groaned.
"Oh, don't be a bitch!"
"You're my best friend, I'm supposed to bitch to you."
"True." She nodded then giggled.
"Would you stop being so energetic?"
"Nope!" She tapped my cheek twice then stomped out of the bathroom. I followed.
She pulled me to her locker.
I leaned up against the metal as she put the books she didn't need inside.
After she finished, I headed to my locker but was intercepted by some big ass dude.
My face turned red in embarrassment as he snapped at me.
"Get the fuck out of my way, fag." He snarled and I flinched away from him.
