Chapter 9

It's been a good 4 days since the big blow up and Jody and Yvette still haven't made up. Jody is still at his moms house and Yvette is at home with the kids.

Juanita's House

Jody just got back from work, when he walked in he sees Melvin sitting in the living room. " What up Melvin" Jody said with a head nod towards him. " " Where my momma at?" "She's at the store, what's up with you baby boy you still ain't made up with you woman yet?" " Naw man she won't even listen to me, I keep calling and her ass won't pick up. I'm trying to give her some time but a nigga don't have all the time in the world to be waiting for her." Jody said. " You say you love her right?" "Yea I love her ass." " Well then you got all the time in the world then youngsta." " I know but fuck man if she was gonna be mad at me for not doing shit I should have just fucked the hoe....fuck man" Jody said while getting madder. Jody walked away got something to drink went to his old room changed and was about to head out the door. "Keep ya head up baby boy" Melvin said as Jody walked out the door. " Hey mamma" Jody said as he was about to get in the car and Juanita was walking up to the door. " hey baby where you going?" Juanita asked "I'm about to go hit up P's house" "Alright baby see ya" then Jody pulled off.

P and Kim's house

"What up nigga" P said when Jody walked in the house. "Nothing much chill, sup with you?" "Man just ready for Kim to have this baby, tired of her mood swings and shit. How's you and Yvette doing?" "Man same shit, she still ain't talk to me." Jody said with an eye roll. "Nigga you still ain't got you woman in check, I mean damn Jody you let her kick you out the house yous a bitch" P said while laughing. "Man shut the fuck up P, I didnt come over here to hear all that shit."

Jody and P was just chillin talking drink and carrying on ,about 20 minutes had past and they heard Kim come through the door. "What's up yall?" "hey baby" P said giving her a kiss. "Nothing much" Jody said. " you know Jody I just talked to Yvette, you know she still really mad at you." "I mean damn when she gonna get over it nothing fucking happened with that girl." " I mean damn Jody what you think she would expect, it ain't like you haven't cheated on her before. She just feels stupid that she believed your lies and she thinks you played her for a fool once again" Kim said. "Look Kim I swear I ain't did shit with that girl, can't you just tell her that since her dumb ass don't wanna listen to me" Jody asked Kim. "Maybe you should just go over there and tell her your self". Jody just looked at Kim like she was dumb and said "yea whatever, look I'm gonna get out here, catch yall later." "Alright later" P said "bye Jody" Kim said.

Jody went back to his mom's house and just laid in the bed thinking.

Jody's POV
Shit maybe Kim's right I should just go over there duck giving her time, I miss my girl and I miss my kids. I'm gonna talk to her when I pick JoJo from basketball and she gonna listen even if she don't want to.
Jody drifted off to sleep.
