A few days had passed since the strip club  incident, Jody and P decided not to not to tell the women in their life what happened that night. They felt it would be the best for all of them since actions were stopped before anything serious had happened. And they knew if they wanted to stay alive the women could not know.

Jody, Yvette, Kim and P were all out at the local chill spot hanging out. With all that had been going on lately they just needed some fun adult child free time. They danced ate, drank and just had an overall good time.

"So P how's that princess of yours doing?" P's face lit up when his baby girl was mentioned, and although this was a child free night they still couldn't help but to talk about their kids. "Shit she's good, she's starting to walk now and she's looking like her fine ass momma over there." Kim playfully hit him on the arm with a smirk on her face. "Yea my baby is too cute look at her." Kim said pulling out her phone and showing them a picture of Krystal. "How yalls babies doing?" "They good JoJo thinks he's the next Lebron James and YaYa thinks she runs the house" they all laughed.

They were all chatting and everything was cool until Yvette noticed that Kim really wasn't drinking. "Hey girl why you ain't drinking, this our free time you better live this shit up before we go back to our responsibilities." Kim just kind of half looked at her. "Oh I'm good girl" "Girl I ain't never known you to pass up a drink, what's wrong with you?" Kim just looked at P then looked down, Jody didn't even want to turn and look at Yvette. "What...why you not saying nothing, I mean shit the only reason you wouldn't be drinking is because you are......" It finally clicked in Yvette's head she didn't even have to finish the sentence. " Look I'm sorry, I was gonna tell you but I just didn't know the right time." "No it's fine I'm good, congratulations" Yvette said with an emotionless tone. There was silence at the table. "Jody baby you ready to go?" "Umm I guess" Jody said, he knew that she wasn't happy about the news she just heard. Yvette had quickly got up said a dry bye and was out the door quick. Jody said by to P and Kim "y'all know she's still sensitive about the baby thing, she'll be alright though. I'll see y'all later." "Bye Jody" they both said.

The car ride home was silent and when they got home Yvette went straight and took a shower, got dressed and got in the bed. By the time Jody got settled she was already sleep.

Jody's POV

"Fuck man when she gonna get over this shit, I mean I know she'll never fully get over it but it can't keep affect her, shit our life like that. Damn man! He got in the bed and went to sleep.

The next day Yvette was still in a not so friendly mood about Kim's baby news. There wasn't really much communication between them. Jody got up to go get the kids from her moms house.

Juanita's House

"Mama, she still all moody about he baby, what the hell am I supposed to do." "Jody a miscarriage is a hard thing for some people to get over, you can't rush her." "I mean shit I know that but, I mean she was acting cool and normal but it all changed as soon as Kim told her she was pregnant." "Jody how would you feel if you were excited about a baby and then you lost it and then your best friend tells you she's having another baby. That's hard on a woman, Yvette is probably thinking why can Kim have another baby but she can't." Jody just sighed. "I know mama but damn." "Look maybe you should do something nice for her, have a nice romantic meal something to take her mind off of it." "You think that shit will help." "I'm sure of it. Just leave the kids here and go set everything up for her." "Alright mama. "JoJo come here" JoJo ran to the living room "You and YaYa are gonna stay with grandma again tonight ok." "Cool I wasn't ready to leaving anyway." JoJo said and quickly ran back to the other room. Jody just shook his head and laughed. "Alright mama she you later, by JoJo and YaYa ." Jody yelled to JoJo and then bent down to YaYa who was in Juanita's and gave her a kiss on her forehead and walked out the door.

Jody got all the stuff that he needed for tonight and headed back home.

The House
When he got there Yvette was in the bed sleep, which gave him time to set everything up.

"Yvette baby wake up" "what is it Jody?" "I need you to get up and put some clothes on, wash ya face brush yo teeth and come downstairs" "baby I don't want to get up" "Yvette I ain't playing with yo ass...get up" "fine shit." Yvette reluctantly got up, went to the bathroom got ready and went downstairs.

"What is it Jody why you want me....."Yvette stopped in her tracks and saw the little set up Jody had for her. "Aww baby is this for me" "Yup" Jody said with a smile. "I was just trying to do a little something something for my baby since I know you been going through a hard time." Yvette walked up to him and put her arms around his neck. "Thank you baby I love it and I love you." "I love yo ass too." Jody said as he smacked her on the ass. They sat down ate and talked and had a good night just chilling with each other. After that they cuddled on the couch.

Yvette was sitting on his lap and Jody was pecking on her neck. "Baby I know you were upset about Kim having another baby" "No I was...." "Yvette don't even lie I know you,and yo ass went completely mute when she told you." "Fine you right I was upset, it just hit me hard you know. I mean I know we have three great kids already but I was so excited for this one and I lost it, then Kim tells me she's having a baby and in my head I'm like that's not fair." Yea I know" Jody said as he placed another kiss on her neck. "Look we had a loss and the shits fucked up but we can't let it affect what we already got." "You right baby.....you know I love you boy." " I love you too girl." Jody said as he placed a kiss on her lips.

The kisses got deeper between them as Jody laid Yvette down onto the couch. He was placing soft kisses along her body and all she could do was moan. Jody pulled his shirt off as Yvette did the same.
