Good News

Jody and Yvette just arrived home from their honeymoon. After a long discussion about life and future plans Jody finally came to terms with it and was extremely excited about the new addition to the family. The kids were still at Juanita's house and she would be bringing them back home later on that night.

"So baby when do you think we should tell the kids." "Whenever you want babe it don't matter to me." Jody said as he was about to sit on the couch. Yvette came over and cuddled up next to him. She gave him a quick kiss "You know I'm happy that yo ass came to your senses and now your cool about this baby situation." Jody looked down at her "you had my ass scared for a minute, I really wasn't sure what I was gonna do if you weren't ok with it." "Yea I just had to get my mind right" Yvette leaned up and kissed him again "love yo chocolate ass" "love yo sexy ass" Jody said as he smacked her on the ass. They just chilled on the couch until the kids got home.

Juanita opened the front door of the house and all you heard was the sound of little people. "Mommy, Daddy we back" JoJo yelled. "Dada dada" YaYa said while still in Juanita's arms. JoJo jumped on top of his parents that were still on the couch. "Hey my baby, how are you?" "Fine I missed y'all momma" "I missed y'all too" Yvette said as she placed a kiss on his cheek. Jody and JoJo gave each other a high five. " There's my princess" Jody said reaching out to grab YaYa from his mom "hey momma" Jody said placing a kiss on her cheek. "Hey baby hey Yvette, y'all have a good time." They both just looked at each other and smiled "I guess I don't even have to ask, well y'all can tell me about it later." "Ok....but Ms. Juanita we do have to tell you something, all of you." "Let me guess y'all l are pregnant?" Jody and Yvette looked at each other.... "I knew it I knew it." "We are....wait how did you know." "I just knew, I can just tell these things Yvette." "You hear that JoJo and YaYa mommy and daddy are gonna have another baby." YaYa just clapped her hands. "I guess that's ok, as long as it's a boy cuz we have too many girls in this house already." JoJo said with such a serious face and tone. Everyone just laughed. "That's right my man." Jody said while giving him a high five. "I'm happy for y'all, I don't care what it is as long as it's a healthy baby." Juanita said as she got up and gave them a hug. "Well I'm gonna get out of here, glad y'all had a good time. Come here JoJo and give your grandma a hug bye." JoJo ran up to her and jumped into her arms "Bye grandma, love you." " Love y'all bye." Juanita left.

Jody Yvette and the kids just chilled around the house. They showed them the gifts they brought back for them and just had family time.

It's was night time and Yvette was giving the kids a bath. "JoJo so are you really happy that you are going to be a big brother again." " Yes mama, I just want it to be a boy ." JoJo said as he was playing with his toys. "Well good, and I'll tell you a little secret mommy wants a boy too." "Yay." Yvette got him out the tub, handed him his clothes, he put them on and got in the bed. "Good night my baby" "night mommy I'm happy you're back." "Me too, now go to sleep" Yvette said while giving him a kiss and turning off the light.

Jody had just rocked YaYa to sleep and put her in her room. He got in the bed and Yvette followed. They cuddled up to each other, Yvette with her leg wrapped around his leg and her hand on his chest and Jody with his hand rubbing down her back. "Well everyone took the news pretty well." "Yea they did, I just knew my mom was gonna say some shit but I'm glad she's happy about it." "Yea and JoJo, I just knew my baby was gonna be like not another one." They both giggled a bit. "Good night baby" "Good night boo" they both leaned in and kissed each other.
