After the breakup with Carl, I was a mess. Hay nako! Sino ba naman ang hindi? Alangan namang magsaya ako diba? Break na kami ng boyfriend ko, at hindi dahil sa distance o di kaya dahil sa parents namin. Kasi nga may iba sya :(

Nandito ako ngayon sa school, same old days. Except, Carl is not with me.

"Vera! Halika! Sabay tayo mag lunch!" yaya ni Rose, bestfriend ko. Alam nya kasi na kami lage ni Carl ang sabay mag lunch.

"So? Kumusta na?"

"I'm broken Rose."

"Vera, I know there's no easy way to say this. But kailangan mong mag move on. You have to realize na Carl and you? Both of you are over!"

"I can't. Masyado ko syang mahal. Pero ang sakit kasi parang wala lang sa kanya ang breakup namin. My gosh! Did he even love me?"

Binigyan ako ni Rose ng sympathetic look. "He loved you Ver. I know that. Kasi kahit hindi ikaw ang first girlfriend nya, ikaw ang babaeng nagtagal sa kanya. At sineryoso nya."

"Pero kahit na! He played with me, but I still love him."

"Alam mo Ver, sorry to say this ah. Binalewala ka na, sige ka pa rin. Aba tanga ka rin eh! Alam ko walang break up na madali, pero at least you have to try to move on. Hindi yung nagmumukmok ka lang dyan! Anong gusto mo? Kaawaan ka? Well Vera, newflash! Hindi maaawa ang iba sa'yo! Sa halip, maiinis lang sila!" Shairah said.

I can't believe this! Nasasaktan ako sa sinabi ni Shairah. Ang sakit sakit sakit. But I still love him. I don't want to move on! Or better yet, I need to move on but I can't move on. Hay :(

"Shai, slap me. Please. I need it." sabi ko kay Shairah.

"Are you sure Vera?" I nodded.

*PAK*

I deserved that slap. But parang ang sakit pa rin?

"Shai, slap me again. Yung masakit na masakit to the point na mang mamanhid na ang buong pagkatao ko."

"Ver, hindi mo 'to kailangang gawin." and again, Rose gave me her sympathetic smile.
